  • Hiya just wondering if I get this kit am I able to put anymore brushes Inside the tube when it's closed. As I would like to buy some single Sigma brushes and was wondering if there was any room. Amazing review Danni. Xoxo

  • @DanielleLoveMakeup Actually...NOT REALLY. That's something to consider for sure!

  • Im seriously considering ordering this kit online - its my first 'full' brush kit - I have a few random brushes - but would like to get a full set to start me off. Question - do you think I will regret getting the coloured set down the road when I start adding to my collection with the normal brushes? That is my only hesitation with the 'make me' kits. What do you think?

  • @ccalling87 not at all! It's nice to have some pretty colors in your brush kit!

  • very helpful review. I was iffy about getting this kit but I'm ordering it right now after watching this. thanks!

  • @MissKuriosity the liquid applying brushes are synthetic, yes.

  • I didn't know that you're supposed to wash makeup brushes! OMG is there a certain technique to washing them or is it simply just rinsing them?

  • Hi, Just discovered you... So far i really like your vids. Also you remind me of Bridget Fonda... The lips especially =)

Keep it up your very helpful.

  • I was just eyeing this set and i cant determine if i should get the agua one (my favorite color also) or the classic black one. They need to make one that has black brushes but the blue container so i can have the best of both worlds ^-^

  • wait they replace brushes if they break?

  • @tatyana17 yes, they will...

  • @LisaFreemontStreet wow now i'm really excited about getting my make me crazy brush set. Hope they get shipped out soon. this is my first brush set so i am a little nervous.

  • @map0605 how what? :)

  • @LisaFreemontStreet do you send them an email if it breaks or what?

  • @map0605 yes, I did. They responded quickly and send me a new one. Of course, the brush was fairly new so they knew it shouldnt have fallen apart that fast etc...

  • @LisaFreemontStreet thanks!

  • What do you use to clean your brushes?

  • @becca2jill A combo of a mild dish liquid and extra virgin olive oil...for deep cleaning. I use a homemade brush cleanser for spot cleaning powder applying brushes.

  • Thank you so much for this review! I was eying the set, but wasn't 100% on it, but I'll def. be getting it now :)

  • @lovelynat09 i had it since the time of my sigma review which can b found in my videos...no, they didnt charge me.:)

  • You know your the only lady on youtube that actually response back to me and you have yet to disappoint with your tutorials. A lot of the other ladies start to do really modern styles which is fine if they weren't so common styles (just a flat iron and spiral curls) but your tutorials are so unique, thanks and congratulations on your little one.

  • i've just buy it , can't wait to receive it , So ty for this kind of video now i 'm sure that i e make un good deal with buying this kit , Your great , belgium is wtching you , kiss :)

  • Can you do a review on WEN hair products!?

  • @wckd4u i tried 2 get samples but eceived no rsponse...not willing 2 buy the whole system w/out trying it first...

  • ehhh

  • WHAT DO U DO FROM HOME?

  • did you have a boy or girl??????????????? ahhhhhhhhhh..CONGRATULATIONS! You always look wonderful

  • I love the color ♥

  • Ashley, I didn't know you already had the baby! CONGRATULATIONS; YOU ARE A BRAVE WOMAN! How can you be able to upload videos with a new born at home? I guess you are really good organizing your life and your time, could you do a tutorial on that???? I need one!!!!

  • @Fancylooks New borns are easy! It's the mobile babies that are difficult! LOL You may not see many talking videos in the near future...haha.

  • @LisaFreemontStreet Lucky you if the baby is quiet! My first daughter passtime was crying! She didn't have stomach problems, she just wanted me by her side all the time. She is 6 years old now and still is crying all the time, she still thinks that is the best way to get what she wants, but I don't know why she still thinks so cause I know her trick. My second daughter was all the time sleeping and it was so easy to take care of her...

  • Hi Lisa! thanks for the review! I'm really tempted by the new kits, even if I already own the brushes, but mostly I'm tempted by the brush holder: it would be so useful for my freelancing. Hopefully Sigma is gonna sell them individually as well as the older brush rolls.

Btw, you're not drying your brushes that way, with the bristles upward, aren't you? Because you should dry them flat or the water will leak through the ferrule eating away the glue. That's probaly why your kabuki fell apart ;)

  • @fragolina85 Oh no...I always dry them flat. Learned that from my Grandfather, the artist.

  • i wish i could afford a kit

    they are so cute

  • aw darn i wish they released these before xmas. best wishes for the little bub

  • Talk about snapping back! You are my she-ro....give birth, roller set, product review. The true diva is alive and well...:-)

    Crystal

  • Hi Ashley, are you drying your brushes flat or at an angle so the bristles are lower than the end of the handle? It's so odd the way it fell apart, may have been a fluke. Also, if you don't have those brush guards that have been floating about on YT (I don't), you may use tissue paper or similar to wrap around the brush while it's drying. It prevents it from puffing up too much:). Congratulations on the baby!

  • @TheRubyFeline yes, I think it was a fluke. I dry mine lying flat and I do use brush guards too.

  • You are my favourite youtuber...Hands down!

  • Thanks Lisa for making this review!

  • hahaha "most of us are girls"

  • you can not even tell you had a baby!! you look great =)

  • Did that Tobey [Alfred Hitchcock movie i think it was] ever show while you were in the hospital?

  • @ablindingdeception no, it didnt! Maybe that was just a 'boy' thing. :)

  • Hey there dear!

I'm going to be doing a pin-up photo shoot very soon, and I'd LOVE it if you could do a Betty Grable - inspired hair tutorial!

If you haven't already, that is...I couldn't find one :) Take care!

  • @quixoticmantis No but the victory roll tutorial is similar to her style she wore sometimes. And Classic Retro Glamour did one of her looks as well.

  • bare esscentuals have a case the same. And they are not that expensive...but again, it does not have as many brushes as this one. I like it. I'm going to save my money for this :)

  • @mumalebugg the bare essential brushes are very hard and stiff. the sigma are really soft, actually VERY soft compared to the bare essentials. it is not a bad investment at all!

  • Thanks for the review! I really like the aqua colored ones too!! Thanks for sharing differences between these and the other set. :)

  • Id say your one hard workin gal! Thanks for the review!

  • This is a really excellent, helpful review - thank you! I've been trying to decide which kit to get and I think I'll be going for the 'make me' one now :)

  • Wow those are cool! Maybe one day. I also can't spend the money right now.

  • beautiful!!

& you look amazing as always <3

  • omg it comes in purple! i cannot afford $99 but I wish someone would do a giveaway!

  • I so need new brushes. But I think I'd feel guilty spending 100 bucks on them. lol

  • @jmt1000000 it comes out to 8.25 a brush if you are thinking of it that way...and then there is the case. I think its definitely a good investment if you're a makeup lover. :)

  • ashley you look gorgeous!! thanks for the review:D

  • ooo what a pretty case!!
