The stock KLR muffler is stainless steel,and it's a bitch to cut or weld on! A friend just sent me a spark arrestor tip from an ATV muffler,and I'm going to see how much I need to cut out of the back of the muffler to make that fit.I have some nutserts and hardware to put it on once it's in at least. I hate that annoying tweeting, it sounds like an old volkswagen!
