  • 1:00 they look exactly like the Army of Marching Hammers.

  • He changed his name to Syd for a reason, dude loved his acid and became like a musical evil genious, LEGEND, I <3 Pink Floyd

  • pay CLOSE ATTENTION to 1:26 "with your hungry heart"

bunny runs in wearing a Bib that has a heart logo

    PINK FLOYD IS LEGEND

  • genius...did i spell that right?...it looks right

  • So.. Uh.. Cards=hammers?!?! It's freakin sweet. ._.

  • and the queen batters down your door! XD

  • 1.01 like the hummer woww

  • Alice in the world of Murshoons - so many murshoons in her world that's scary !

  • This song is the soundtrack to my old life....

  • Wow I have never seen "Alice on the Wall" It is very cool.

  • well this bring up the question...

Disney artists, probably Walt Disney himself, were some stoned ass modafvka

  • the cards reminded me of the hammers

  • @SkittlesWolf7 and in both, red and white is used to represent a facist establishment. whether or not the synch was on purpose or not is irrelevant. theyre the same exact story except that instead of being behind a wall, shes in wonderland. either way it seperates her from reality. and they both represent a journey of self discovery. whether or not its on purpose is history. personally id say its too wierd for coinsidence. alice is pink!

  • I haven't heard about 'Alice on the wall' before. (But I've heard about the Dark side of Oz and Echoes of a Space Oddysey.) I'm not convinced there's a synch-up, (In fact, I believe all synch-ups are coincidence.) but; How 'Gerald Scarfe' is this animation? Especially at about 1.00. The Queen also seems to be a cross between Mother and the Judge. This film did come out before 1979, didn't it?

  • its messed up to see the queen being fred flinstone!

  • I love this. You combined two of my favorite things, Alice in Wonderland and Pink Floyd. Thank you -The Dark Alice.

  • Urg, i was so disappointed in the new movie it didn't live up to my expectations since i absolutely love this cartoon version :(

  • Ohhhhhhh now the movie actually makes sense!

  • Ah yes, Pink "Floy". Nice

  • @WormYourHonor64 haha, never noticed that...thanx.

  • @phrozensolid1 Thanks for fixing it. Sorry for sounding rude. I'm kinda anal about some things. (:

  • Is it me or does the Red Queen look a HELL of a lot like Fred Flinstone?

  • @DaGreatMelinko, Watch the concert animation from the wall. Hammers march similiar to the cards here. This happens when another brick in te wall part 2 plays.

  • how come she gets no paint on her when she shakes the tree?

  • the cards feet at the beginning stomp in sync with the song. this is amazing

  • @WWEandGuitarMan

Also, The cards marching as the hammers do in The Wall movie. I don't think it's at the same part as this movie (aint seen it in a while) but even if I didn't see this synced up with the album. It would remind me of the hammers.

  • ive always wondered why they say listen to floyd and watch this movie, now i see, twisted

  • Those cards are definitely going into a cardboard box.

  • this is so cool!

  • PINK FLOYD IS THE BEST

  • They remind me of the hammers in another brick in the wall from the movie

  • @Ddonuts5 WHAT?! its called the wall dont waste ur time

  • That's trippy- but in a good way.

  • 1:42 OMG!!! ITS MEL BROOKS!!!!

  • I only saw it in the begining, but it still cool. :D

  • This queen should have tried ruling in france. She would have lost her head in a week.

  • It's hard not to have a couple of profound, mindblown moments whilst watching Pulse.

This might be the single greatest Disney movie ever made, but only because there are so many psychadelic vids set to this imagery!

  • the rabbit always reminded me of Jerry Gracia

  • That rabbit is fucking stoned.

  • @dartjoe lol

  • Yes! Finally! even b4 i saw this, Run Like Hell reminded me of this scene!!

  • lol me too

  • its a matter of setting the BPM (beats per minute) the same to the music that is playing in the movie.

Wanna see real sync check out dark side of the rainbow. thats some eerie shit.

  • Coincidence; one that happens quite often, actually. This sequence was set to a rhythm, sounds like 4/4 to me (although admittedly, my music skills are limited). Any song set to the same rhythm is going to have a high rate of sync with the video.

  • 99.8% of rock song are in 4/4

All You Need Is Love from the beatle,Times Like These of Foo Fighters, and Money from pink floyd are the only song in 7/4 to have reached the hit-parades

  • It's not about rhythm, it's about beats per minute. And the video/music is a little off here anyway... not saying it's not an awesome sync, though. I love Pink Floyd, and I love this movie, what's better than combining them?

For the most awesome sync ever, check out Echoes with last scene of 2001 Space Odyssey.

  • this is incredible

  • "If Disney drug tested there wouldn't be anyone to work there anymore"

  • soo true

  • you do know that Disney isn't the creator of Alice in Wonderland right?

  • if it wasn't disney, why is there a racist depiction of an ottoman smoking hookah?

"Walt Disney officially recorded the title Alice in Wonderland with the MPAA in 1938"

  • Lewis Caroll created Alice adventures in Wonderland, Alice through the looing Glass and what she found there, and one other one that escapes me at the moment, Disney just ruined an amazing book series, Disney didn't create it...

  • I totally agree. I love the Lewis Caroll books, and I've never liked the Disney movie. I am pretty excited for the Tim Burton film though.

  • yea but I'm a bit annoyed that once again someone combines the queen of hearts and red queen and make the red queen out to be a bitch, the queen of hearts was the bitch not the red queen... and I don't like johnny depp as the mad hatter and I now my comment is going to be shunned for that but like I care... I just REALLY want to see the Cheshire Cat he's adorable and actually looks like the Cheshire Cat from the book

  • some one who actually agree's with me on johnny depp. YES. i FOUND ONE. I beleieve depps getting too many roles now of days, even though he's a good actor. He gets too many roles and just does them on auto piolt. HOWEVER,

I'm pretty sych to see him play in the rum diaries. BTW, when does it come out?

  • @EvilLittleHarlequin The Red Queen and the Queen of Hearts sound similar though, because hearts are usually depicted red. I never picked up that they were two different ppl... maybe I need to watch the original!

  • @EvilLittleHarlequin yeah, christopher lloyd should have played the mad hatter

  • @EvilLittleHarlequin i agree!!!

  • this like perfectly goes with it

  • You know Pink Floyd were stoned out of their minds, while watching Alice In Wonderland and Wizard of Oz and were like, " lets create some fucking music"

  • fucking creepy and awesome.

  • The sync on this version is a bit off from what's in the full movie version of this, but it's also synced better, in my opinion.

  • I just watched The Wall. Fucking amazing

  • 0:58 doesnt that remind you of the marching hammers int the wall the movie?

  • thats what i was thinking reminds me of the wall

  • hahahaaha ! alice on the wall??? comon!! haha.

i knew dark side of therainbow, but

    alice on the wall???

    rachei.

  • i know!

is it like something someone did on their own time? or did floyd make this on purpose or whatev?

  • white rabbit

    jefferson aiplane

  • I remember watching this and being scared to death

  • the queen of hearts seems to like red, perhaps she likes red a little too much, COMMUNIST, quick call Senator Mccarthy

  • Awesome. That actually synced pretty good o.O

  • I don't get it

  • this is pretty cool.

  • You should have skipped some parts. The dancing card part was awesome, but the dialogue should have been skipped.

  • Okay you guys are taking it to far I mean common.....ALIEN WORLD Does not stand for alice in wonderland....

  • Comment removed

  • THIS IS AMAZING!!!!

  • this song also fits in with the tron light cycle race , i did a mix like this ,

  • most songs fit with most video as long as they move in a similar timeing

  • God, this shit trips me the fuck out!

  • the letters A and L (which could stand for alice)in the word WALL are surounded by the letters W and L (which could stand for wonderland), ergo the word alice is in wonderland! So it's like an abrieveated plexer!

  • Haha, very nice thinking :P

  • The word "World" can also stand for Wonderland if abbreviated:

    WOndeRLanD.

    WORLD

ALIEN can also sort of mean the first two words in the title:

    Alice in

    ALIcE iN

    ALIEN

You get that title (which is like an abbreviation for Alice in Wonderland):

    ALIEN WORLD.

And the world Alice goes into in the story is like an alien world (I'm not talking about extra-terrestrial, but unfamiliarity).

  • Nah. Something i always found a little more peculiar is the way the wall is spelled;

the WalL --> alice in Wonder Land-->

al WL --> WalL= the WalL.

    food for thought.

  • the queen is totally a dyke.

you dont even need the words.

you can clearly see she wants her.

  • It would go better with Waiting For the Worms, imho

  • trippy

  • alright hes a guy

  • wow holy shit thats insane man

  • This is my favorite scene of the whole sync! I was hoping to find it, and your video was the first result in the search I did! Thanks for posting!

  • Lol did you ever find the whole sync? I want it myself..

  • No, I've done it myself a few times. It works best when you do it yourself anyways.

  • thats what she said

  • That is what I said. You're so clever, grow up.

  • fuck you, you little preppy bitch, i know im clever, and i think im

pretty grown up compared to you

how bout u go do something useful instead of calling jokes stupid

go read the dicktionary or sumthin

  • Damn, dude, you can misspell words. That's so bad ass.

  • Damn, dude, you can state the obvious. You understood what I was saying right? Then it don't really matter how i spell words. Thanks, for the english lesson though. You are the one who is bad ass. Punk ass bitch

  • keanecarlin looks like a straight-up hick.

  • I WANNA A COPY

  • ohhh

  • Cooooooooooooooool!!

  • I just ran across this by accident. Love it!

  • MrMatto91 unlike The WoO music to the wall goes along with alice in wonder land the WoO is just plain dark side of the moon with the movie

  • First WoO now Alice in Wonder Land.

  • written by a chick lewis carol

  • lewis carroll is a guy lol

  • Mission failure on gender of carroll

  • of course they are, This wasn't A fluke

  • whoa! i'm not even high and this seems trippy :)

  • well alice in wonderland was written by a guy on acid and pink floyd evan when the weren't high it seemed like they were and in my opinion that's one thing that made them an incredable band

  • LOL.

Acid wasnt around in the 1800s when it was written.

    Dumbass.

  • doesn't mean the Disney movie couldn't have been motivated and inspired by it since it was around when colour TV was

  • But Shrooms Were!

  • Of course the artificial acid we know wasn't around the original mushrooms were acid was originally taken from those mushrooms so you are wrong acid was around just not the acid you are thinking of

  • Acefilms,

The novel was a reference to charles liddell, who took nude photos of Alice Liddell. Lewis Carroll (the author) was NOT under the influence of any drugs, DMT, acid, shrooms, anything. End of story.

  • So the story goes can we ever truly know some say yes but sure we hear stories but can we ever really be sure? I don't know a random thought that popped up there but I am aware that Lewis Carroll was not on acid necessarily, could he have been? Sure, do I personally have a strong conviction in that, not really. When I typed the comment I was just dipping into one theory.

  • It wasn't LSD until it was synthesized. Mushrooms are Psilocybin. Very different. LSD was meant more to synthesize mescaline anyway.

  • @CrashRevive yeah they had better sh*t in the 1800's frog slime shrooms or mariuana candy that one was realy popular

  • I swear they are marching to the beat...

  • fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I hope this sync will still make this the most famous adaptation of Alice in Wonderland.

  • this is tight

theres something like this where they put planet earth playing to in rainbows

  • YOU BETTER RUN!!!!!!

  • I like the Gothic evil one better.

  • oh i love Alice and WOnderland!

  • I'm sorry. I just made a mistake there. What I said about the lyric there was a mistake. I said: "Feeling like it's not over," but it was actually "Feeling like it's all over." But the beat probably matches well.

  • I think I know two other songs that can also probably sync with the marching of the cards (not in lyrics, but in musical beat): "Carouselambra" by Led Zeppelin (from their In Through the Out Door album) and "Gods of War" by Def Leppard (from their Hysteria album). When I was watching this video while listening to "Gods of War", I noticed the lyric: "Feeling like it's not over" kind of matches with Alice on the ground at 0:54 because she felt like her dream was not over yet.

  • While she was watching the cards march. In order to do this, skip the 50 minute intro of "Gods of War" and pause just before the music starts up and then play both this video and the song simultaneously and you'll probably sort of see a sync. Trust me, I've tried it.

  • I'm not so sure it has anything to do with being a Floyd fan (but I am of course) but yeah, the music itself really goes with it all somehow, more than the lyrics.

  • from 3:02 to 3:55 the lines on the wall in the backround are just a bunch of hammers

  • maerching hammers at 00:59

  • omg...............................

  • Nice. Check out my I feel like dying Remix of the caterpillar smoking the hookah

  • 0:57-1:02 MARCHING HAMMERS thats the craziest shit ever. Its too much of a coincidence it's fucking crazy

  • I really don't think this one fits as well as the Wizard of Oz.

  • then you sir are a dumbass and don't know your Floyd very well

  • the syncing of alice's head from 0:54-0:56 is amazing.

  • genuine

  • this shit is fuckin insane

i feel like getting high now =)

    wow i love this

    its a fuckin trip

  • wow oh my god so trrruueee

  • Damn this is just to freaky

  • This gave me a mini freakout.

  • its fuckin great!!

    exelent job

the whole song makes sense with the scenes

    fuckin' amazing job

    i love it

  • Ummmm

"Cause' if they catch you in the back seat trying to pick her locks

their gunna send you back to mother in a cardboard box"

How does that fit at all?

  • for this one its not really the lyrics its the tone of the music..if you are a REAL floyd fan you would notice that :P

  • I wonder what people would think back when this movie first came out with this album sync.

  • Beautiful, makes more sense than the whole wizard of oz

  • genius

  • this is the best music/movie mix ive ever seen awesome

  • you should watch dark side of the moon synced with the wizard of oz..now thats insane

  • I didn't think the Wizard of Oz one was as good.

  • this clip runs together so well

  • Really great work!

  • they have dark side of the rainbow with the wizard of oz and dark side of the moon...that one is hard to sync but if you know how to do it and get stoned its the sickest thing you'll ever watch!!!

  • wow..this is excellent

  • 0:26 - 1:41 is like perfect syncing.

    I can't stop watching this...

  • excellent combo! great work

  • Whoa!!! Of all the Pink Floyd syncs I've seen, this is the best so far! Nice find!

  • There is something very wrong with a child's cartoon and these lyrics...

  • Stay sheltered, it suits you.

  • Really? Aww, thanks!

  • I think whats he's trying to say is that if they made a Disney cartoon like this today, parents would consider it too be too violent to be rated G, which is sad.

I love the old classic Disney movies like this one. But this sync is fucking awesome!

  • Wow..Fucking great!!! :L

  • this is amazing.

  • 2:36 - They're sending them back to mother, or perhaps they're cut off their heads and send their heads back to mother.

  • WOw!

  • its amazing 0:59 to 1:02 the cards remind me of the walking hammers same angle and everything

  • ehehehe

  • No, no, no, no, NO! You're ALL wrong! The makers of The Wizard of Oz built a time machine and ripped off Pink Floyd, not vice-versa!

  • I KNEW IT!

  • This worked better than that bullshit Wizard of Oz.

  • yes, this really is an amazing discovery of syncretic visual connections

  • wow!! the card marching matches!

  • at 1:01 that part looks a lot like the hammers from The Wall movie

  • yo 2:44-2:45 and 3:29 sync perfectly

    and so do the cards

  • this is pretty amazing. I really think that Pink Floyd might have used these films heavily for inspiration, then just decided to try alternate soundtracks. Even in their early stuff, like in Piper at he Gates of Dawn, they reference the wizard of oz. Maybe syncing that worked so well they tried it on Alice in Wonderland.

  • Pink Floyd set to anything gets trippy real fast. I love it!

  • whoever said you have to be stoned for this to wotk, wasnt paying attention. this works just as well as wizard of oz.

  • the queen lady reminds me of fred flintstone
