when you BOOST a motor, meaning, add Turbos, you have to have a Blow Off Valve to keep the remaining atomized air in the intake from going backwards once the throttlebody is closed, which would cause the turbos to try to spin backwards. instead they install a Blow Off Valve which lets that extra atomized air escape and it makes a sort of whistling sound as it leaves the intake.

@MisterGrubbs I believe it's just the driver's driving style. It sounds like he revved the engine a tiny bit during spool-down (maybe 250 to 500 RPMs) after redlining it through two gears. The bump in the road that MisterGrubbs mentioned that does show up around 3:01ish looks to be coincidental - it looks like a storm drain lid that is on the other side of the road.

thats 2000hp not whp...which means hp to the wheel not the flywheel...depending on how lose the convertor is and drive train that motor most likely makes around 13-1500 WHP....i have a carburated twin turbo big block that makes 1210WHP in a 4x4 truck with turbo400 trans, np205 transfer case and 14 bolt rear end with a lose convertor and makes 1210 to the wheel, on a engine dyno its woukd make every bit of 2000hp easy
