  • 2 of these would be nice but then again there are better ones out there

  • How can you connect the headphones for prelisten or connect the external mixer with this unit and speakers? Do you need external soundcard or...?

  • no, it needs an external soundcard, this is just a controller

  • Ouch.. They have magnets in them? Was just thinking of mounting em on my guitar or something, similar to Muse using a Kaoss pad..

The magnetic field will probably screw up my pickups..

  • i thought the same..

  • That's a relief. I really want one of these, and the magnet concern was the only thing standing in my way. Thanks for the response.

  • I love the idea, am almost definitely going to buy one, but here's my concern: there's a magnet built in to you can stick two of them together. Fine, but these are being marketed as a controller you can toss into your laptop bag. Magnet's + Laptops/harddrives= panic. Am I wrong about this? If not, it seems like a pretty serious design flaw.

  • That's what we thought! But it's a low power magnet and the units are so light they dont need a strong magnet to keep them together.

  • I have one it is Incredible, get one!!

I have a video of DaScratch on my page.

  • i guess if i would buy these i would buy two but im still confused about the mixing part

  • Right! What about the crossfader? Shall we need to buy to and increase the volume of one Deck and decrease the volume of the other one in the mean time?

I would appreciate a "Mixer" module to put in the middle, which has crossfader, EQ, filter, Audio built-in and USB port to plug 2 or 4 scs.3d

It would be great to have 3 pieces which become your main piece of gear you need with your laptop....

    my 2 cents,

    Phil

  • Stanton SCS1M Mixer Control Surface is the way to go I reckon..... bit pricey though. Two decks and a mixer and your tickling a grand.... you get what you pay for though with music gear.

  • My thoughts exactly - what about the corssfader?

  • £199 UK

  • how much is it??
