Guncha is not a Hindi word, in all fairness its derived from Persian and is spoken in Urdu in India.

Guncha means a Flower Bud/ a Blossom. It cannot be really thought of as a Flower, because its something which is blossoming, something beautiful.

I hope this clears up some of the doubts you people might have.
