In all honesty, the first hand is not a bad beat at all. The 66 of Eastgate was a (pre-flop) favorite when the LAST betting decision was made, which means the pocket sixes winning is just the favorite holding up to the end. The 62% that you saw in the beginning is what counts, which includes all possible scenarios, including the one you saw right here.

A lot of these are not bad beats, as the money for many are committed when they are slight dogs, but not far down. Others like the Bellande hand, his opponent was getting like 1.5-1.6/1 to make the call. As for the first hand, that is not a bad beat anyways as the pocket 6s went in the favourite and came out the favourite as well. Its not a bad beat if someone comes all in down a mile preflop, then hits the flop and looks good and gets wrecked on the river having been all in the whole time.
