  • Everyone posting negative comments is not a parent. Babies love to be swaddled, it is very comforting and calming for them. It is their instinct to try and bust out of a swaddle and wave their arms around or suck on their hands, but this keeps them up all night. This video is very helpful to those of us who have houdini babies who still need to be swaddled in order to sleep peacefully. Thank you!

  • poor baby

  • I think the swaddling was great, but the bumper pads in crib are a death trap.

  • As I said swaddling your baby is one thing, I swaddled my baby for the first few months and he loved it, but I wrapped so that he could still move around a bit and if he tried really hard he could even wriggle his way out to suck on his hand! I just think this is taking it to the EXTREME!

  • The morons who have negative comments to say, obviously have not read up on the technique nor done any research.

  • This is really sad.!!! Maybe you should try holding and cuddling your baby when she cries...not put her in a straight jacket!

  • I am an infant sleep coach, certified newborn care specialist, lactation consultant and postpartum doula. What a great idea! (Ebay has miracle blankets too)

Swaddling a baby has been proven to give babies a more restful slumber. Those who are swaddled are less likely to awake started by their own movements. Before judgeing these parents, I suggest you research as to why swaddling is so important and vital.

BTW, my daughter slept all night by 5 weeks old...thanks to breastfeeding and swaddling

  • sheeesh how long do u take?

  • @213katie I know! They seem like sickos wrapping that poor baby like that! Swaddling is one thing, but this is just awful!! Babies arms aren't tied down by their waist in the womb!!

  • The point of swaddling is so their arms do not startle themselves. Do some research Katie

  • when they are fussy go to s sink and stick her head near the faucet but not under cuz thats stupid. and run the water the noise calms em down right away

  • i think you should just let a baby sleep naturally

  • That was horrific to watch!!!!!!

  • @spottycardigan i agree! I just wanna give her a hug! :/

  • she is soo sweet <3 so cute! even when she's fussy lol

  • Awesome Video!! Thanks for posting can't wait to try this with out baby, that is once he or she gets here! lol
