This is available as a Japanese slim-line single -- and I think it has a version of "Push Eject" if I'm not mistaken. I got lucky acquiring it; a guy at a Japanese music shop was blasting it in the store and gave the band highest recommendations, especially for fans of Mad Capsule Markets.
