WOW!! I ship them so hard! I started to kind of like the idea of them a long time ago when vidders like you would make awesome AU manipulations of them, but now... this is SO perfect, a 100% canon video with a perfect song and yes I too am hoping they Dare to Dair in season 5 - Dair for real that is, actually dating. I think maybe they thought they'd "dared" already in season 4 but gosh that was so not enough lmao!

I honestly think that it was a good thing not to go for Dair right off the bat this season. I think they will slowly make Blair realize that she has feelings for Dan now that her and Chuck have truly said goodbye, and once her relationship with the Prince desinigrates. It'll make it more real for both of them and it'll probably make it last longer. :)

I don't think the writers have given up on Dair. I think they just want to take a bit of time with it. Blair needed to get closure with the whole Chuck phase of her life, and she has. She and Dan have a stronger, more real friendship now, which may be the base for something more, who knows
