@jonesboy35757 It's not the KLZE--it's the KLDE which is the American version of the 2.5L V6. The KLZE is the Japan-spec version of the 2.5L V6.

@1997FordProbeGT aye. i remember this one. VERY nice. ive got 3 in addition to stock that i would LOVE on a probe, the megan, that brian has, this one, and a QUIET flowmaster, not an obnoxiously loud one, BUT the opposite. a quiet one. lets a little of the v6 sexiness sound out, without yelling

As far as I know the Hennessey exhausts were only made for the first year or two after the second generation of Probes came out. Your only chance of picking one up is to find a used one.

They're really good. On a recent highway road trip I averaged 29.8 mpg. On a typical tank of gas with combined city and highway driving I typically average about 26.5 mpg.

The four-cylinder Probes would be even better.

Fortunately for me, most of the exhaust mods were done by the previous owner. If I'm not mistaken, the headers set runs about $600, the test pipe goes for $80, and the catback runs roughly $400.

Ummmm I did a search and I can't even find them. Bosal is only a replacement manufacture that opens up the exhaust front midpipe or downpipe as bosal calls them. $180 but a good replacement or the stock system to bad he kept the stock manifold logs. He could have gained another couple horse by buying full headers from hotshot or ebay headers.

Back when the headers set was purchased (roughly 1993), Bosal made a complete kit including the headers themselves, and the downpipe. All pieces are ceramic-coated. So, yes, it is the full setup.

What kind of car? Most autos and some new sticks have rev limiters that won't let you exceed a certain number of RPMs when you are in neutral or with the clutch disengaged... yet another reason I love my 2nd gen PGTs, very little computer interference with the performance!

2.5s sound like shit at low RPMs motor is not too enthusiastic to run below 3,000 RPMs but sound awesome at high revvs. Nice car man.

what are you talking about if you have a tight exhaust like this one it sound tight all around. from idle 800rpms- small rev 2000rpms even sound deep and nice and ofcourse high revvs. just because it's not the most popular engine doesn't mean it's not too enthusiatic! stupid..
