Just because they use auto-tune doesn't mean they can't sing, or they're posers or fakes. They use it sparingly, and frankly, in food taste. Auto-tune is becoming a very standard effect in the production world; just like lo-fi or sampled drums. So, back off. These guys are talented.

Well we didn't have a lot of time in the studio so the producer opted for us to just go with programmed harmonies. Although both Chaney and I are capable of singing the harmonies, drums took most of the studio time with vocals being the last things to get tracked. We both wish there had been more time for vocal performance, but when we record our full length we will be singing all of the harmonies.
