  • I think it is interesting how no one talks, even after he reaches out, no one wants talk offer an opinion, because everyone has devauled opinions, but making truth subjective, this is the dear air of almost every class room in this country, bodies are there but there just sucking air, two or three will step foward over class and they will dominate the conversation, the majority leeches on the back of the few!

  • He said "some prophet" because he was acknowledging that the authorship of the Bible (sic) is a complex thing involving a diverse amount of people, locations and times. I'm not invoking divine authorship here, Don't be weird. Your alien Zeitgeist ideas, are just ideas, not even theories because there isn't enough factual evidence for the conclusions.

  • He said: "... some prophet, of whom we know very little, who wrote the Old Testament." Why is this ill-informed guy a Professor? The Old Testament was mostly a plagiarization of the Sumerian texts. And the New Testament was written by the Aristocratic Roman Calpurnius Piso family, for political purposes, using a private library for research about other characters who used the Nimrod/Tammuz archetype.

  • new legend, relax, your silly, Zeitgeist is just a modern retelling of just one obscure theory connected to these matters, where did the Sumerians get it from? etc, etc, there were people with religious ideas every since there were people as thinking things, you are pushing an agenda not the Truth.

  • In Hebrew, "bêth lehem" means "House of Bread", and astrologers call Virgo the "house of bread". Virgin birth. On the three shortest days of the year -- December 22nd to December 25th -- the sun's position is upon the constellation called The Southern Cross. This is the origin of myths about crucifixion and resurrection. The three brightest stars in Orion's Belt are The Three Kings. Annually, Sirius aligns with The Three Kings, pointing to where the sun rises on December 25th.

  • He says, "Are movies the myths of the 21st century?" Short answer: no. A myth is the speculations that are left when you combine all that's known. Most film writers haven't combined all that's known. The only true modern myth I'm aware of is what is reported in David Icke's books, because that stuff can't be proven wrong.

  • Why is a university professor talking about Adam and Eve as if he believes it, rather than talking about the original Sumerian story that the Adam and Eve story was plagiarized from?

  • please cite your sources - this is intersting to me, but like the zeitgeist movie, you mention no origins of the information and research

  • Zeitgeist's sources are cited in the end credits of the downloadable DVD. Zeitgeist ties together many areas of research. Every sentence spoken in Zeitgeist is the conclusion of a whole area of research. The whole movie is a succinct compression of the absolute, undeniable truth. As for Adam and Eve, if you send me your e-mail address in a private message, I'll send you some PDFs about the true origins of that story. Here's a clue: it's all political.
