He has a good voice, and this arrangement goes well to show his voice but this is by no means my favorite version of the song. I can't quite put my finger on it but it's just missing something.
This cover misses the point of the original. Freddie wrote it as a tribue to Elvis after his death in the 50's Presley style. Even the vidoe that goes with the song is in that style.
Aw darn. You'd be amazed how many people share your belief, and how wrong you are. I know, the original shares the old Rock'n'Roll style but Crazy Little Thing Called Love is not the tribute to Elvis, from Queen.
However, Queen did make a tribute to Elvis on an album just after Elvis' death. The song is entitled 'Dreamers Ball.'
different of all the other versions... still prefer the original... but its incredibly original, this version... and he sings it well... not bad at all...
@Hahahafunniness2 The original artists are Queen. It's had a LOT of covers, not the least of which have been Michael Buble, Brian Setzer, and Maroon 5; but the original will always be Queen.

Quite good. Queen is one of the most difficult bands to cover.

elvis could have never sang this song because 1. it was written in 1979 and 2. elvis died in 1977
