In order to have perfect posture and become grounded you first bend the knees, then tuck the pelvis under by engaging the (pyramidalis) muscles, third step is to pull the lumbar back and push the rib cage forward. You should also lift the crown point up to the heavens by engaging the muscles at the base of the skull. this should make the spine plumb. I keep this posture through out my entire form

Lawes you are absolutely right about the tucking under of the spine, but please bear in mind that the picture shown here is a gross over-exaggeration of the postural adjustment. The pelvic tuck (had to resist using 'pelvic thrust' lol) is a very subtle rather than a large adjustment.
if the pelvis is tucked under like that then there will be a lot of pressure put on the knees and quadriceps. The spine should be kept straight. In this stance that the skeleton adopted there is WAY too much tension.
