i dont know if you guys noticed but on samus's varia suit, they changed how it looked......it wasnt as yellow and they also changed the armpads on it to........but if you go to 1:37 were she says "im samus aran" look at her suit for a few sec or minutes and compare it to MP1, 2, and 3 youll see a lot of diffrences..............ninten­do and team ninja worries me sometimes........

@1641jm The guy at 40 seconds is Adam from the Metroid Fusion game. In Fusion many references are made to an Adam Malkovich who was Samus's CO before fusion happened. This game is bringing in Adam to create the history between Samus and Adam so you know what the hell she meant in Fusion.

This is going to show what samus can really do though - in all the games she mainly just shot her little gun on her arm, but in reality, she is an amazing fighter excluding guns, and i really think team ninja is the perfect candidate for bringing that out.

I had no idea there was a retarded rivalry between Metroid and Halo. They're both entirely different. Halo is just another first person shooter. It's got good graphics and neat weapons. But Metroid is a sci-fi action/puzzle game that's had three games that were mostly first person.

I think so too, Halo is a normal first person shooter and I like Halo. you can't match halo with metroid because metroid is a action-adventure like Zelda or something. the metroid prime trilogy is playable in the first person and in the third person (morph ball) BUT games like Fallout3 are playable in first person too but nobody calls fallout3 a first person shooter.

Metroid's roots are in 2-D, but I think I understand what you meant. As far as the Halo VS Metroid thing, I don't know who started it, but whoever it was is a moron. The more uneducated Halo fan tends to assume that Metroid copied Halo when it ventured into first person, which isn't the case. The primary thing about the rivalry is that some think that Samus can't take Chief in a fight, and vice versa. It's kinda silly if you think about it. :/
