I can't rightly say, but I'm guessing the lineup here was George on guitar, John on piano, Ringo on drums, and Paul on bass(?)...I can't really hear a bass guitar, but I do hear him at the beginning singing a response to John's "Cheers..." line.
This is great, just listen to how solid Ringo is. For an impromptu jam, pretty cool.
