this song fits me perfectly. i had a violent step father and my mother was my only strength. yet i went to a boarding school during the week and on weekends i stayed in my room to avoid him.

always watching over my sholder praying not to hear him calling, or see him in the doorway. when my sister read the lyrics i got goos bumps. when she played it for me over youtube i cried. i have a bad memory and i was able to see my room when i closed my eyes.
