  • Awesome guitar! Could you tell me where you purchased the pickguard and backplate? Thanks, buddy!!

  • love the guitar and the tone..and the little guy in the tuner at 1:19 ahahahah

  • @frenzexperiment

You noticed that? I used that photo for my Avatar on a discussion board for awhile.

  • is it nitro?

and how thick is the color on the body?

  • @VlaaadLikesGoodMusic

It's quite thin as I discovered when I had to open up the pickup routing slightly. It's comparable to what the Terada plant does with its Duo Jets.

Oh, and no, it's a poly finish of some kind. Warmoth has info on their site about the finishes that they use.

  • that was a really great sound.

  • very cool sounding and looking machine

  • Like It!

  • how much ???

  • @yslapet

All told, around $850. The body was finished by Warmoth which adds a bit to the cost, and I picked out a figured neck. If you do your own finishing and go for plainer maple, it would be a bit cheaper.

  • cool color. I've been making some wacky warmoths too.

  • @AMPSHOWS

They do good work on their bodies and necks. I do think that the edges and contours of the headstocks are a bit harsh and sharp, so next time, I'm gonna soften them up by doing some hand sanding. Their necks are extremely rigid though, which is nice.
