Wypiękniały nam polskie miasta...Katowice kiedyś szare,brudne,zadymione...Pocho­dzę z Łodzi,i oba nasze miasta kojarzone były z lasem dymiących kominów.Czasy się zmieniły i jak widać miasta również....Tylko Kalina wciąż fascynująca...i wtedy...i teraz....

jak inaczej wyglądają ulice , ktorymi chodzimy na codzień, kiedy je zobaczyc z dystansu.......... nie docenimy tego piękna na codzień:)

Urodziłem się w Katowicach (gen. Zajączka 25) , w 1952 roku przenieśliśmy się do Warszawy. Z Katowic -niestety nie pamiętam nic. Chętnie popatrzyłem na video i na katowicką architekturę. Piękne. Dzięki, Panie Jurku.

Ja też - przy Matejki 4 i rodzice też rozważali przeniesienie się do stolicy.

Przy okazji, spostrzegłem jak te dawne videa są niskiej jakości

(technicznej w każdym razie).

I agree she was! As for the spelling advice you asked for: the correct spelling is "à Katowice" (with 'accent grave", not the 'aigu' á, inexistant in French). By the way, I don't understand why your response got lost in the spam folder due to some new YT glitch...

Born April 17, 1912 in Budapest, Marta Eggerth will celebrate her 96th birthday by appearing in a cabaret show at the Café Sabarsky, Thursday, April 17, with David Maiullo, pianist. Oh yes, she made French recordings as well.. I have "Ah, que la vie est belle/Schön wie der junge Frühling" and "Mon coeur à toi qui se donne/Musikanten sind da" from the 1935 movie "Die blonde Carmen". Very nice versions!
