That was also the only court case Shiff won where the subject was income taxes.

There's two stances on this. How people normally think of themselves (simply individuals), the personal income tax is not lawful. However, if we are truly considered corporations (you, inc. essentially), then the law is valid. This is how the government truly sees us, though most don't know it. Also, the USA is not truly a nation, but a corporation. This would never be considered for argument in court to justify tax law, so we run into situations where a very few cases succeed based on the judge.
"Do you gain anything after trading your mental or physical property?"
If you get paid in any way, that is "compensation" which is income. That is the gain, you have something you didn't have before you started. That is the definition if the law. Case law all says wages and salary is income. Your argument has never won in court, So why claim BS? Why not just say,"I'm not paying income tax because I don't want to."?
@chrishufstetler Exactly, further, the constitution states that an income tax is to be apportioned , meaning redistributed among the citizens, or used for their benefit, but our income tax goes straight to paying off the offshore private bank that charges the treasury interest for use of its paper currency. Worthless paper with debt written right into its creation.
Actually, it says specifically that the income tax is non-apportioned. And even if it was apportioned, the apportionment is where it comes from not who it goes to. The income tax also goes directly to the Treasury, not to any bank.
Yes, Title 26, the tax Code, which is the law. The Internal Revenue Code of 1954 was passed by both houses of Congress as House Resolution 8300, and was signed by President Eisenhower on August 16, 1954, at about 9:45 a.m., becoming Public Law 83-591, 68A Stat. 3. The Internal Revenue Code is now known as the “Internal Revenue Code of 1986” as a result of changes made by Public Law 99-514, 100 Stat. 2085 (10/22/1986).
@RetSquid Ok, but if they go against Constitutional law doesn't that give you a point in case you go to court? I mean, from what we saw the Supreme Court has let this people to not pay income tax..
No, there has never been a case, much less a Supreme Court case, where people have one and gotten out of paying their income taxes using any of these arguments. The Supremem Court has never held the current income tax to be unconstitutional.
I want everyone to listen very very very closely to the Grace commission report at 3:25.. That is exactly what is the problem.. Reagan as much as I loved and admired the man, was the ONLY one who had the political clout to end the Federal Reserve.. The man was able to bring down Russia trying to keep up with us militarily, but couldn't take down the Federal Reserve.. Isn't that telling about who runs this country?
Let me get this straight: if you can hire a lawyer to ask IRS to show proof of their authorization to tax the income of the client, your tax percentage will be 0 + lawyer's fees. Nah, I don't believe it.
@fingrid Tax lawyers are in bed with the IRS>. They will NEVER go against the IRS because that is their bread and butter.. So NEVER trust a tax attorney.. They like the IRS are the scum of the earth.. There was a man who stood on his rights in Illinois and made the IRS take him to court.. He won.
I wonder if any of these people are rich because i'd like to see someone who don't pay taxes who is openly rich. On second thought, there is legal loopholes to avoid paying corporate taxes. The rich does well already, lol.

Why are you crying about the tax law if you are going to violate it anyways? You would evade income tax whether it is legal or not, constitutional or not.
@RetSquid I'm not crying about it, just commenting. Crying would mean I had tears and was making some sort of scene. Everyone needs to wake up and stop paying these gangsters so that nobody goes to jail ever again for the fraudulent claim of tax evasion. I am not evading anything, I am simply disregarding this silly code because it is something that does not apply to me as a free human individual.

@p7272 They make examples of certain people, to scare us into paying up. It is an offshore private bank who collects income taxes, they do not work for our government , nor does our government see a dime of your income tax money.

"The congress shall have the power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration."
This amendment gives the federal government the power to tax a person's income. These income taxes can be used to pay for the government's new programs. Taxes are not based on a flat rate but can change according to the amount of income earned.
Title 26 is section 1 at face value is what appears to be the tax law, but when you look at what it says, it tells you to look in another place, which when you go to it does the same. What you really need to overstand is Lex Mercatoria. The issue is finding a jury who knows that the federal income tax is illegal, if you don't get someone in your jury who knows it's illegal... you're screwed.
@JesusChrist5000 It's all true. Bannister is the worst kind of no good low down dog crap eating scumbag. Joe Banister pays his income taxes while his followers go to prison. Walter Allen Thompson - six years. Joe provides job security for IRS agents
@JesusChrist5000 I have read IRS cases and news clips in which Bannister was involved. .United States v. Charles Thomas Clayton United States v. SHERRY PEEL JACKSON United States v. Richard Michael Simkanin United States v. Matthew J. Allen United States v. Wesley Snipes United States v. Walter Allen Thompson Bannister has never won a failure to file case because he has never been charged. He pays his taxes.
