  • You don't pay taxes. They take taxes.

  • Sadly the court precedence of prior convictions of people who have tried to use these arguments to avoid taxes is all a court will use to convict everyone else.

  • @6:26 its RIC FLAIR

  • To: Adamanning & the rest of you scary ass slaves. The reason you would NEVER get paithe $50,000,you are WRONG! Like most sheeple you think what they want you to think, you consent to giving the wool right off your backs because they said so. It's true that if look up United States Code. Title 26: INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. PART I: TAX ON INDIVIDUALS. Edition 2010 It's there, but you have to read further. YOU MUST READ THE REGULATIONS & STATUTES WHICH BREAKS DOWN WHICH INDIVIDUALS MUST PAY. NOT ME

  • didnt expect this one lol

  • Hahahaha yeah don't file a tax return this video is a sure way to pay a fuck load of fines and go to jail.

  • @williejenkins666 I can see your probably thirteen with such ignorant way of responce. Unless you consider 89k a year insignificant then be my guess. Don't make me laugh turning me in? Were is your proof? You don't have nothing! Not even a life! So go ahead and kiss up to the gov I also bet you are Republican still living with your parents.

  • If anyone had taken the time to check the facts of this video they would realize that there is in fact a law that requires individuals to pay income tax. If you don't believe me go and look up United States Code. Title 26: INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. PART I: TAX ON INDIVIDUALS. Edition 2010. Where is my $50,000????

  • @adamanning

to pay income tax but what about to fill out the paper work. There is no law requiring you to file.

  • @dachozen109

When Acts are passed by congress and signed by the President, they become Laws, then they are posted in the Statutes at Large, if they are grouped together by subject natter they are called "Codes". The IRS didn't create Title 26, not any other laws, Congress did. The IRS is a part of the United States Treasury.

  • @dachozen109

Well you could just live your life thinking everything is a lie. Sounds like a good way to end up in a mental hospital. I don't care if you break the law or not, but the law does exist.

    BTW,Godwin's Law, You Lose.

  • @RetSquid No I live my life thinking everything the government says is a lie, and Im basing that off their track record, and I never mentioned hitler you fuckin nazi, :-)

  • @dachozen109

Said,"ya, seeing as you work or have worked for the government I dont want to be blacklisted, these days questioning the government is grounds for being labeled a domestic terrorist, which is every citizens right to question, thats why the constitution was created so the government cant be corrupted unfortunately they threw that document out a long time ago."

Except that I'm not, and never have been a government employee.

  • @RetSquid Hey dee de daa, About Me :Retired Navy. 20 Years of Honorable Service (if you call that honorable). Been there, Done that, got the T-shirt. as far as Im concerned ya you have. you didnt push paper, you just helped the war machine help with there goal of a one world government, just like all good trained bullet stoppers.

  • @dachozen109

Well, your spellling still needs improvement, as well as your fantasies about the military services. You could try and take the ASVAB yourself, see if you even qualify to get in the Military.

  • @RetSquid Even past presidents have warned of the war machine, I look down on anyone who served in the big mafia, I have too much pride to stoop so low. Poor men fighting rich mens war, fuckin pathetic.

  • @RetSquid I have no reason to carry on this conversation, most people are forced to be indoctrinated, people that join the military go to the recruiter, and say "Im not brainwashed enough, can you please dehumanize me and turn me into a mindless drone that does as Im told and believes what you tell me" you may be good at looking up information but with all the censoring going on, there's no proof its accurate. therefore I really dont give a shit if you tell me Im wrong.

  • @dachozen109

Cool, you have been totally indoctrinated (by whoever) to hate that which you cannot aspire to be. You are pathetically brainwashed into thinking nothing is right. That is sad.

  • @dachozen109

Capitus diminutio Minima, Capitus Diminutio Media, Or Capitus diminutio Maxima are all Roman laws, they have nothing to do with any modern set of laws.

You are not a corp. unless you incorporated yourself, then you are an individual and a corp.

Corporations are a legal fiction 'person' and have been since they were first developed, now SCOTUS has decided that that group of people has some of the same rights as an individual.

  • @RetSquid you seem to know your stuff

  • @dachozen109

Of course I do, I look things up, not just pull them out of my ass like you seem to be doing.

  • @williejenkins666 Yes you little government puppet. You are provably to scared to challenge the people you voted for office.

  • GTFO!!!! I cant paste this to facebook!!!! Its says i typed in a mispelled link.

    LOL So obvious

  • -- law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode26/usc_sec_26_00000001----000-.html

  • There's two stances on this. How people normally think of themselves (simply individuals), the personal income tax is not lawful. However, if we are truly considered corporations (you, inc. essentially), then the law is valid. This is how the government truly sees us, though most don't know it. Also, the USA is not truly a nation, but a corporation. This would never be considered for argument in court to justify tax law, so we run into situations where a very few cases succeed based on the judge.

  • @TruePerfectInsanity

The law itself says that 'every individual' is liable for income tax.

  • Yea you have to pay income tax... It sucks I know!! But what is income? There's many kinds of income. According to the supreme court...

Income is defined as "Profits" and "Gains"

So ask yourself... Do you make profits? Do you gain anything after trading your mental or physical property?

    Me personally... Nope!!!

  • @chrishufstetler Exactly, further, the constitution states that an income tax is to be apportioned , meaning redistributed among the citizens, or used for their benefit, but our income tax goes straight to paying off the offshore private bank that charges the treasury interest for use of its paper currency. Worthless paper with debt written right into its creation.

  • @y0utUBeH8r

Actually, it says specifically that the income tax is non-apportioned. And even if it was apportioned, the apportionment is where it comes from not who it goes to. The income tax also goes directly to the Treasury, not to any bank.

  • Here's the law that makes everyone liable for income tax:

    Title 25, Section 1.

  • @RetSquid From what Code? All I see are Sate laws, which I did not bother to examine.

  • @PsychedelicKiller93

Here is ’the law’: Title 26

    Section 1, imposes the tax

    Section 61 defines Gross income

    Section 63 defines Taxable income.

Section 6012 requires you to file a tax return if you have income of more than the exemption amount, and

Section 6151 requires you to pay the tax at the time and place fixed for the filing of your return.

  • @RetSquid: You're referring to tax code, not law. More spreading of false information.

  • @TruePerfectInsanity

Yes, Title 26, the tax Code, which is the law. The Internal Revenue Code of 1954 was passed by both houses of Congress as House Resolution 8300, and was signed by President Eisenhower on August 16, 1954, at about 9:45 a.m., becoming Public Law 83-591, 68A Stat. 3. The Internal Revenue Code is now known as the “Internal Revenue Code of 1986” as a result of changes made by Public Law 99-514, 100 Stat. 2085 (10/22/1986).

  • @RetSquid unconsitutional, invalid

  • @y0utUBeH8r

Where did you ever get that idea?

  • @TruePerfectInsanity What is the difference between tax code and law? Can we dismiss a tax code?

  • @PsychedelicKiller93

Tax code IS tax law, it is just called 'code' when laws are grouped together by subject matter.

  • @RetSquid Ok, but if they go against Constitutional law doesn't that give you a point in case you go to court? I mean, from what we saw the Supreme Court has let this people to not pay income tax..

  • @PsychedelicKiller93

No, there has never been a case, much less a Supreme Court case, where people have one and gotten out of paying their income taxes using any of these arguments. The Supremem Court has never held the current income tax to be unconstitutional.

  • @RetSquid Ok thanks, I'll keep studying about this matter..

  • Let me get this straight: if you can hire a lawyer to ask IRS to show proof of their authorization to tax the income of the client, your tax percentage will be 0 + lawyer's fees. Nah, I don't believe it.

  • IRS rather. I'm in deep mind you!

  • Major props to all of these former CIA employees. It's nice to see them stick to their guns and they truly are American and for the Constitution.

  • last 1040 i filed was 2006, not lookin back, fuck these crooks.

  • @y0utUBeH8r Is it true?

  • @PsychedelicKiller93 is what true , the last time i filed my taxes? yes that is true, havnt filed since 2006, not a word from them, but i have also not goten any kind of official employment where i have to sign contracts and tax shit, I work under the table or for myself and don't report any of my income to the government, its not their fucking business.

  • @y0utUBeH8r

Why are you crying about the tax law if you are going to violate it anyways? You would evade income tax whether it is legal or not, constitutional or not.

  • @RetSquid I'm not crying about it, just commenting. Crying would mean I had tears and was making some sort of scene. Everyone needs to wake up and stop paying these gangsters so that nobody goes to jail ever again for the fraudulent claim of tax evasion. I am not evading anything, I am simply disregarding this silly code because it is something that does not apply to me as a free human individual.

  • @y0utUBeH8r

"it is something that does not apply to me as a free human individual."

But it -does- apply to every individual, even you. Why not stop making unfounded claims and just come out and say you won't pay income tax because you don't want to?

  • sure it's voluntary..lol and when you don't, you'll go to jail...

  • Could someone tell why Wesley Snipes is in jail?

  • @p7272 I cannot...

  • @p7272 They make examples of certain people, to scare us into paying up. It is an offshore private bank who collects income taxes, they do not work for our government , nor does our government see a dime of your income tax money.

  • @y0utUBeH8r

Wrong, all your income tax money goes to the U.S. Treasury.

  • uh oh im in that boring part of youtube again o3o DISLIKE!!1

  • Tax evasion and simply not paying your taxes are two totally diff things. If your hiding assets or money's than your in trouble. But there is no law or statute saying you are required to pay into the federal

  • RIP Aaron Russo you are one of the greatest men to come into our planet and give back to this world! The truth doesn't lie! The question is are you willing to put aside the fear and ACCEPT IT... #EACHONETEACHONE

  • haha Beautiful.

  • @Tubeusercomm

    ROTFLMAO!!

  • This amendment is not legal in any way because only 20 states legally ratified it. In order to get passed it needed 36 out of 48 states.

  • If you examine the bill closer you will find that the amount of states needed to ratify this amendment was never met, and adding to that, this bill is completely unconstitutional as it is a direct unpartitioned tax

  • "The congress shall have the power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration."

This amendment gives the federal government the power to tax a person's income. These income taxes can be used to pay for the government's new programs. Taxes are not based on a flat rate but can change according to the amount of income earned.

  • @Tubeusercomm....

On February 3rd, 1913, the states ratified the 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. It reads:

  • Title 26 is section 1 at face value is what appears to be the tax law, but when you look at what it says, it tells you to look in another place, which when you go to it does the same. What you really need to overstand is Lex Mercatoria. You are receiving benefits of using an SS card...This is just the surface, but long story short if you are contracting with the Corporation of the United States of America then you need to pay the tax.

  • Where is the law? United States Code Title 26 section 1.

  • The issue is finding a jury who knows that the federal income tax is illegal, if you don't get someone in your jury who knows it's illegal... you're screwed.

  • @SuchAsTheIraq

    ROTFL!

  • Ok, so there is no law requiring income taxes to be paid, but the IRS has a loophole. Its call an Audit!

  • Joe Banister pays his income taxes while his followers go to prison.

Charles Thomas Clayton - 5 years.

SHERRY PEEL JACKSON - 4 years.

Richard Michael Simkanin - 7 years.

Matthew J. Allen - guilty 3 felony counts.

    Wesley Snipes - 3 years.

Walter Allen Thompson - six years.

Joe provides job security for IRS agents

  • @Tubeusercomm WO! How did you find that out? Is this true???
