Thanks for shooting this. 2 tips: tripod + your audio is clipping. I use a separate audio recorder for shows. It usually sounds great to mix the 2 devices. Make sure you are at the same sample rate on both devices. I use a ZOOM H2, but there are many devices. Most of them have limiters and 'concert' settings. Happy shooting

The reason the audio is bad, its because the sound in a live concert its way to loud for the default mic gain input on a camera, cell phone or whatever people use in most of the live concert videos in uploaded here. You can have HD ,or whatever you what, but you need to lower the mic gain input so the sound does not clip and became distorted like this.

it might well be HD, but simply put, the full sound from the band is to loud for the camera's mic and the mic keeps peaking. The clip is infact Pristine 1080p

the quality of the video is awesome. i feel like i'm actually there at the venue, but with a better view. the sound isn't the best, but who cares? these videos are so much better than most of the crappy iPhone video clips that people upload. so shut the hell up about this not truly being pristine. if you don't like it, don't watch, don't comment, don't waste your time, because you're wasting the time and patience of everyone else who's enjoying it.
