  • @killajw you do research dont be a part of richard lees trojan horse. Exactly you don't live here so stfu! you have no clue what your talking about or what this will do to the economy. It's a bunch of rich capitalists who want it legal. It's just taxing it not legalizing it! VOTE NO!

  • @PtownMoto how can your economy get any worse over there? i really don't see how doing this would take money away.. You don't realize the enormose amount of tourists and other sources of money this would bring in

  • Vote NO

  • Study: Alcohol is the most lethal drug, outranking heroin, crack cocaine, marijuana. "Drugs that are legal cause at least as much damage, if not more, than drugs that are illicit," -LATimes November 1, 2010

    Check out yeson19.com

Yes on Prop. 19 Californians let's end the lies that have followed a FAILED prohibition for many years!

  • @Yes0n19 Alcohol is the most lethal cause its in every home being "taxed and regulated" its the easiest to get

  • fuck yea vote no on prop 19 so me and my hood can keep making big money from selling it, fuck giving away my money to schools, and faggot ass fire departments, support los surenos and vote no on prop 19 so i can keep supplying my clicka with the nicest assault rifles..

  • If you have any doubts or questions about Proposition 19 go to the NORML Website where the entire Proposition is layed out in laymens terms and "Radical" Russ will dispel any false truths you have heard about it and set you straight on what it's really about.

  • Vote YES on Prop 19

its not only for you Californians, I understand some of you dont like the exact law and its direction, but its gonna be a signal to the whole world.

Everywhere the media will be reporting on it, and its gonna be a huge step for the international Cannabis movement.

so please, vote YES on prop 19

  • Yes on Proposition 19

  • Still voting YES.

  • ----VOTE NO ON PROP 19--- THIS DOESNT BRING ANYTHING NEW TO THE TABLE-- ITS AN INFRACTION NOW TO HAVE AN OUNCE ON YOU--- WE ARE ALL GETTING PLAYED LIKE FOOLS---THIS ISNT GONNA HELP THE ECONOMY NOBODY IS GONNA BUY TAXED WEED-- ITS NOT GONNA STOP CRIME DEALERS WILL JUST PUSH METH AND COCAINE MORE AND MAYBE CHEAPER---AND UR COUNTY HAS THE RIGHT TO NOT ADOPT PROP 19 AND ENFORCE IT AND 3/4 OF THE COUNTIES ARE AGAINST IT-- VOTE NO ON 19 ITS A "GET RICH SCHEME" MADE FOR MD MARIJUANA GROWER IN OAKLAND

  • @marcslowhoe You're wrong. It stops police from harassing you and sending people to jail because it make a LAW in California's books. The people that "ARE" getting rich and the ones that want you to vote no.

  • @NOstevecooley WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT SEND PEOPLE TO JAIL? AS OF OCT 1ST IF U HAVE A OUNCE ON U ITS AN INFRACTION THAT MEANS NO MORE JAIL TIME SO ITS NOT THAT IMPORTANT FOR COPS TO GET YOU FOR IT-- AND IF U VOTE YES ITS THAT MUCH CLOSER FOR YOUTH TO CONSUME ....VOTE NO!!

  • @marcslowhoe Lol people are still going to jail don't you get it? It's already the #1 drug consumed by youths today! Alcohol is regulated and that is why it's harder to get, it should be legal or regulated as such.

  • @NOstevecooley seriously? lol the number 1 drug for youth is Alcohol and thats regulated and the reason why its number one is because Alcohol is in almost every house i bet u have some at ur house, shit if u dont then i know ur neighbor does....regulating marijuana isnt gonna stop..

  • VOTE NO ON 19!! its flawed, i will not let the government tell me how much im gonna buy my marijuana for and im not gonna pay 15% tax on it either,,,, F THE GOVERNMENT i like the way it is now... ITS A INFRACTION!! AND PAY $100 TO HAVE LESS THEN A OUNCE OF WEED NOW!!!

  • its better than not being allowed to have any marijuana at all.

  • vote no on 19 its too flawed, i will not let the government tell me how much im gonna buy my marijuana,,,, F THE GOVERNMENT i like the way it is now... ITS A INFRACTION!! AND PAY $100 TO HAVE LESS THEN A OUNCE OF WEED NOW!!!

  • @SpartanNick255 I'm voting Yes. Did you forget that Prop. 215 was flawed ? The way it is now is NOT the way it should be. You say F the government yet you still say vote no.. how sad.

  • @NOstevecooley IF IM NOT MISTAKEN PROP 215 KEEPS IT OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND ISNT FOR RECREATIONAL USE ITS FOR PEOPLE THAT GET A PRESCRIPTION FROM THERE DOCTORS...

  • @marcslowhoe Yes Prop. 215 is for MMJ patients. Proposition 19 is good for medical AND recreational users. Which is why we should all vote YES!

  • @NOstevecooley PLEASE GO DO SOME RESEARCH ON PROP 19 BECAUSE EVEN IF IT DOES PASS ITS UP TO UR COUNTY TO DECIDED IF THEY WANT TO (NOT LEGALIZE) "CONTROL AND TAX" MARIJUANA... AND THE MAJORITY IS NO...VOTE NO

  • @marcslowhoe My County was quick to jump on medical marijuana you have some FALSE assumptions.

  • @NOstevecooley medical marijuana was adopted by all counties because it said so in PROP 215-- prop 19 gives the counties the right to decide--- like i said go do ur homework

  • @marcslowhoe What is the biggest reason you are against Prop 19? It's a step toward legalization and that's what I'm all for.

  • @NOstevecooley its isnt a step towards legalization... because its shows a bad example on youth its gonna cost us Federal money/grants schools ect, this prop was made only for one person in mind and thats Richard Lee the guy who put up the $1.4 millon to get 700,000 signatures, hes the guy whos running the MDMJ in Oakland, thats why counties are not forced to adopt the law, he know Oakland is so hes gonna make money not even close to enough to help CA, only for him to pocket.. NO ON 19

  • @marcslowhoe It's not a perfect bill ...but neither was Prop. 215. I do like the fact that it WILL prevent more people from going to jail and/or otherwise being harassed by state authorities which is still happening right now.

  • @NOstevecooley Its not gonna prevent people from going to jail... if you say prop 215 wasnt perfect because people are still going to jail, WHAT THE FUCK MAKES YOU THINK THEY ARE GONNA GO BY THIS LAW? COPS ARE NOT GONNA GO BY IT ANYWAYS

  • @NOstevecooley damn you lost by 600,000 votes oh well.. maybe in the next 35 years

  • yeah, its gunna happen. then its gunna get over turned once those corrupt politicians that had their campaigns funded by the tobacco companies file an appeal against it (as promised while they were running) and the federal govt will get to decide, and they are generally against because they've idioticly spent trillions fighting it already and dont want to look stupid and admit that it was all pointless.

  • vote yes.

if 19 doesn't pass we may not see another legalization bill on the ballot for a long time

  • @heathrobinson1 Yes, it's definitely that big step we need and watch how the other states will follow California.

  • If you dont want to go to jail, Don't smoke, Don't Get Caught, or get a license..... would you want them to make Methemphetamine legal?? I don't think so....

  • @stukkonstoopid how dare you compare a plant to some shit that tweakers bake up in their bathroom. marijuana has been growing on the earth for ever. who are they to take away a natural plant from citzens

  • The Law is Just fine how it is!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @stukkonstoopid NTF (Narcotics Task Force) just did a raid harassing & arresting MMJ patients in San Diego adding to more people in jail. Visit their website.. "marijuana eradication" is on their list of things to do. It's not ok the way it is!

  • Everyone keeps saying these are innocent people incarcerated, however, how are they innocent when they possess a drug which is illegal? nooone even mentions the fact that there will be (and im not saying everyone who smokes is) stupid potheads corrupting the youth before they ever have a chance to make a choice of their own, thinking it's ok to lay around and smoke pot rather than get a job.

  • Nobody really believes that this would just be "legalized" initially do they? You are not going to convince Society that there should be zero oversight. Some don't seem to understand that in order for that average person in Society to grasp the concept of "legal cannabis" that there must at least outwardly appear to be legal limits. The idea of "unlimited amounts of Demon Weed" still scares the ignorant, and misinformed.

  • @ThaxterTewksbury Relax, smoke some cannabis. Society will be moving in the direction it wants to. Legalization is already unfolding...

    Yes On Prop. 19

  • I vote yes

  • we should legalize it to take it out of the drug dealers hands cause the drug dealers are mad about prop 19. california is taking control of the revenue. say yes to 19. if it doesnt pass, the drug dealers win. california looses out on taxes and the drug dealers keep their riches. ;)

no matter if it passes or not, weed will be grown in california if its legal or not.

  • prop 19 in no way affects prop 215. Her argument is moot.

  • I think it is interesting that all of these PRO 19ers are all people affiliated with Oaksterdam and Richard Lee in some way! Hmmmmmmm! Don't be Richard Lee's Trojan Horse! Vote No on 19!!! Check out: letitia analysis of prop 19

  • Finally, I'll say (as a doc) loud & clear: There is nothing "medical" about MJ (at least in the way western MDs are trained). It's a scam. Writing a "prescription" for MJ just shows how much political pull the AMA has w/the politician/shysters. Most MDs don't even have a clue about the pharmaceuticals they're given control over, now let's pretend we're "qualified" to "prescribe" weeds.

  • (con't) Note both she & her shyster friend keep talking about property taxes. Oooo really, how scary. Wow, the STATE may "become" involved. How is the STATE not totally involved now?

Besides the ignorant who don't know how harmless MJ is, the only people against Prop 19 are those who are consumed by their own self-interests, not what's in the best interests of the people of the state of CA.

  • gotta love the MD. (Besides being an idiot) she's also self-serving. The MDs who "prescribe" MJ have a VERY lucrative business doing this...they grossly overcharge for their "prescription." (BTW, I know, I'm a doc). If Prop 19 passes, there will be no more need for these bogus "prescriptions" that only line the pockets of unscrupulous MDs. Note she doesn't give a sh*t about all the incarcerations of innocent people. (con't)

  • Once you allow the government to TAX it is very difficult to halt the process

  • if you vote NO, you support the mexican cartels

  • @verynice420 That makes sense?

  • @edna2422 It was a joke but i think its true idk

  • Cannabis should be legalized ONLY for patients with a doctor's prescription. If cannabis is truly for medical use, why not have the pharmacy distribute it rather than a shady corporation or some guy with an MBA with a get rich quick idea.

If you're really for medical patients, have the pharmacy give it out and have the healthcare insurance company cover it as medication. I vote NO on Prop 19. Give me a better bill with control and regulation.

  • I will be there to vote Yes on Prop 19. Anyone voting no is not helping California or the movement. It is definately a stepping stone moving forward. Besides, legalization is already taking place in Denver which is the first city to actually legalize marijuana 21+ . Just be sure you're registered to vote, and spread the word!

    Californians supporting Prop 19!

  • @Joenval4ever I completely disagree. how is the barrier to entry to grow help individuals...we don't need more stepping stones, we need a good initiative or a nationwide plan, not a bill that was written to self serve and has the indentured activists opposing it.

  • @edna2422

I want marijuana legalized WITHOUT taxes.

I oppose any taxation whatsoever on marijuana.

The Prop. 19 people were "in your face" and arrogant assholes about the whole thing... really lousy public relations.

Another issue was that the 18-20 year old vote was tossed to the wind.

Why should anyone old enough at 18 to go die in a war not be old enough to smoke a joint or have a glass of whiskey?

I say bullshit to that as well...

  • evryone has God given rights and if you cause no harm smoking then who is to say you cant? wake up people.

  • Damn hippies

  • Prop 19, by limiting small grows, will encourage Mexico, Columbia and others to grow for us and they will bring it into California by the ship load. This is outsourcing at it's worst at the expense of the medical users.

  • Clearly the amount of good that comes out of voting yes HEAVILY outweighs the shitty prices and totalitarian dictatorship that benefits the Dealers with $50 8ths and $300 oz's , fucking clubs I can produce better tree in Burlingame

  • PROP 19 - Summary

Pros: Legal possession (unlimited at grow site), free, legal, non-medical, personal grows, free to receive from friends, Employment protection, local/state police cannot assist feds, PROP 215 and SB 420 remain, the cost of cannabis will be dramatically reduced (50-80%). Medical grows are not confined to 25sqft as per PROP 215.

Cons: Small non-medical commercial grows may not make enough money for it to be worth their time.

    YES19 Nov 2nd - Oct 18 voter registration

  • @paulStone2000 better look at rancho cordoba and riverside...grow it at a cost and it is not clear that prop. 215 is protected..sorry.

  • @paulStone2000

You forgot to mention the $50.00 to $100.00 per ounce taxes on marijuana with Prop. 19.

I AM SO GLAD YOU LIARS LOST...

  • 21 is to old. 18 would be better. If you have to register with the military in case of an active draft at age 18 you should be able to buy weed.

  • "get a medical note"...yeah, thanks a-hole

  • @edna2422 So your advise to everyone is to just "get a medical note"? California paved the way for the other 13 states and the District of Columbia to get medical cannabis and Prop 19, much like Prop 215 did for MMJ, can open the gates for the rest of the country. Why don't you, edna2422, work on some "real legalization"? What's your propositions #? Oh, right. You don't have an initiative on the ballot.

    YES on 19!

  • @gothicprophet California Cannabis Initiative was a real initiative, not funded by greed, however didn't have Richard Lee's multimillion dollar money machine to back it, so it failed several months back

  • @cmorera while it's unfortunate that a bill that may have been better isn't on the ballot, that does NOT mean people should vote NO on 19, but get it on the books and improve it once there.

Prop 19 is not the end of our fight, but just a step along the long road.

  • @gothicprophet I don't know, it may stifle future real reforms or bills if this passes. Personally I think its best to wait until 2012 for a real initiative, but well see how things go on the ballot...

  • @gothicprophet Improving it? how? it is an intiative, can only be improved by another initiative..or amended by the legislature and approved by the governor...why not just write a correct one for 2012, taking into consideration all we have learned...and, make it a nationwide campaign. gov.s. signing the bill changes everything, and the only possible good thing about propl 19.

  • @gothicprophet at the moment, yes!

  • You all and all your profits! Who cares who profits. What's important is that the SUFFERING stops! Maybe no one sits in a jail cell in CA for simple possession anymore but Fed Grants are pulled EVERYDAY from those busted for simple possession. Prop 19 makes Cannabis LEGAL. Probable cause GONE.

  • @nushka1313 the governor just changed that. the prop.19 is badly written. You give up your right to privacy to have police measure or sniff...is this what you want?

  • @nushka1313

Right now, the Medical Privacy Act prohibits the release of information you are a medicinal user of marijuana.

When you can freely buy it at a state sanctioned store, they will scan your driver's license and the information becomes fair game for insurance companies, government agencies, financial institutions AND the IRS.

Say hello to $500.00 a month auto insurance, say hello to mandatory drug testing at work from worker's compensation liability, say hello to more tax audits.

  • Every pro cannabis person that is against this prop... clearly is only worried about their profits. I've read the bill myself and it clearly says "except as permitted under Health and Safety Sections 11362.5 and 11362.7 through 11362.9". i.e. SB 215

  • @nushka1313 ah, you read it yourself, how about the reading by two attorneys who say the purposes section is not legal doctrine, but only looked at in case of confusion, and can be taken, in this case, to mean, the prop. was meant to affect prop. 215...if we are confused, what do you think unfriendly judges will judge?

  • @nushka1313 just not true..what is called a specious argument..I am against prop. 19 therefore I am worried about profits...simply a non sequiter...many reasons to be against...like it will set us back years...been there since 1989, when I financed jack herer;'s book...

  • A code violation sounds a lot better than a jail cell to me.

  • @nushka1313 guess what, it is an infraction to possess an ounce, now, in ca. why now will you benefit from voting yes?

  • @palmspringsbum the profit made from tomatoes IS taxed.

  • @nushka1313 Really? or is it the 57 varieties of heinz..the tomato model is what ed rosenthal proposed long ago in his grow book, and what we, the vigilant, pro legalization nos believe...we can do this, but only if we do not pass this ridiculous, self serving oaksterdamm lobby law.

  • Why are major shareholders from the MONSANTO corporation sponsoring proposition 19? To find out, GOOGLE THIS:

    PROPOSITION 19 + MONSANTO

  • Why are major shareholders from the MONSANTO corporation sponsoring proposition 19?

  • Taxes Are For Peasants And Fools, Slaves And Tools... Non Of You Are Worthy Of Being American If You Enjoy Paying Taxes Or Even Think There A Need?

  • Any fool knows tomatoes are not taxed in California. Except, evidently, the proponents of Prop. 19.

  • Vote yes! Vote yes for freedom

  • How many people will be arrested? How many grows will be busted? Uh, Lanette, how about LESS THAN NOW! If Prop 19 fails, 120,000 Californians will have a record for possessing and growing marijuana.

The rebuttal to any of these Stoners Against Legalization: "I'm an adult and not a Prop 215 patient. Explain why I should vote to be a criminal for at least two more years?"

  • @RadicalRuss get a medical note, radical russ, and work on real legalization...

  • @edna2422 Gotta love the ad hominem. You can't refute what @RadicalRuss says with facts and logic, so instead you go after the person.

  • @edna2422 @edna2422 Why would you encourage someone to commit perjury to obtain medical marijuana? There is nothing wrong with healthy people using cannabis. The lies and the liars are the ones stopping medical marijuana laws from going forward in the other 36 US States. I am tired of hearing "Look at what a mess California is when I speak to Representitives." Your lies hurt the movement, but don't worry, You've got yours.

  • @PabloKoh6 Prop. 215 was written loosely..you do not have to commit perjury to have a medical need..you eat when you are hungry, drink when dry..you rebalance your body...this is exactly what cannabis does...you want it when your body cries for lessening stress, i.e. rebalancing...see joan bellow's book.

  • Damn you hippies!! Tax it, regulate it, I don't give a FUCK. I'm tired of being a fucking criminal. Wase up, you greedy hippies. You're ruining it for the rest of us.

  • I Gots Mine. Vote NO. Lets keep it on the streets for kids to get to. Let it still be the primary, and valuable asset to organized crime, and drug cartels. Let's have law enforcement waste their resources on destroying lives of respectable citizens. Let the bodies of 28,000 Mexican citizens keep on stacking!!!

  • The only argument is taxation and grow space...A 5x5 area is good enough for personal use...Only those who sell would want larger...Looks like dealers are going to be looking for new jobs soon...LMFAO!!!

  • VOTE YES PROP 19

  • A "Yes" vote, is a vote for Monsanto's genetically modified and patented cannabis....Prop 19 supports and ensures corporate farming. Also, how does unlimited taxation help the patient? Unlimited tax dollars go back into law enforcement agencies to buy sophisticated equipment like armored personnel carriers (tanks) predator drone planes, scanning vehicles to be operated by over zealous, violent law enforcement. VOTE NO

  • @redgranite778 Stop being fucking greedy, people's lives been ruined cause of weed being illegal, VOTE YES!

  • @CapZ13 It doesn't legalize...it taxes, regulates and controls...read what it says, get a competent attorney to help you, if you cannot...the law part is what counts, not the fluff publicity.

  • It must be easy for these Medical people to talk about voting no. They are surrounded by healthy cannabis, and their patients never have to worry about a drought. Here in WV, all we really have to hope for is Prop 19.

  • @ausrotten9 why not just get a 40 dollar letter from a medical group, up and down melrose...you sound a bit depressed. Then you can join the others. I do think that if you are in financial distress, some dispensaries should provide for this, perhaps for an exchange of some sort...like an hour or so of work.

  • @edna2422 Don't you get what I was saying? Im in West Virginia. No dispensaries... crap weed if you are lucky to find any at all. I could grow, get caught, and then do life in prison... that is always an option. Even if I had all the money in America, I couldn't buy weed that isn't here. And meanwhile, I have a shoulder injury that needs treating,, and weed does so well. VOTE YES ON PROP 19!

  • @ausrotten9 don't understand, you don't get the benefit of prop. 19, or not, unless you live in ca..if you feel so strongly, move here, and get a physician note. ?!!

  • @edna2422 As the saying goes " As goes California, so goes the Nation" If Cali passes Prop. 19, it will be a domino effect. It will spark state, national, and international debate about legalization... and the truth about cannabis (that it cures cancer, helps a variety of other diseases, is safe and less toxic than water, that it may help braincell growth) will be revealed. The sooner Cali passes Prop. 19, the sooner we will be free. (and I would move, if I didn't love WV so much, laws aside

  • @ausrotten9 yes, the yes group has already sparked national attention...If it passes, we will soon see we have been betrayed. And, it would set a pattern for more such regulation and control...and who will control, and control perhaps all our seeds and food? Richard Lee et al are small potatos in this endeavor. We are on the way to true legalization: prop.19 sets up a system for just the opposite. We agree wholeheartedly that cannabis/hemp should be legal.

  • @edna2422 yes, and it will set a pattern of control, so you will buy your cannabis tablets from big pharma...learn to read.!

  • @edna2422 so, in your world, the only option for those of us who want to abide by the law is to move to Cali and get a doctor's note? Or get struck down with a severe and debilitating condition in one of the other 13 states and the District of Columbia that have medical cannabis regulations? I'm not quite sure I understand your logic here. If Cali hadn't passed Prop 215 in 1996, it's doubtful that any other state would also have MMJ.

Yes on Prop 19! Help the patients, help [the rest of] U.S.

  • @gothicprophet In my world, we use this for the great publicity it gives, do a nationwide campaign, and change the federal scheduling...it will take less time, and everyone will agree. The movement is divided..I paid for the publication of Jack Herers book, in 1989...in my world, I understand he never would have approved this.

  • VOTE YES on PROP 19!!

  • why would you vote no unless your a drug dealer low life,a grower makeing profit off illegal sales, a cop, or member of a mexican cartel then you vote no cause your sickened with greed and are scared to lose money if you belive in personal freedom and an end to a bogus drug war against americans

  • @realdeal0083 maybe you should read the initiative, and see what it says, not what you think it says...the word legalize does not appear in this initiative, because it does what it says, tax, regulate, and control...we have a good law now, other than real lega]ization, why put yourself at the mercy of local municipalities which can now tax, regulate, and control. And give up your constitutional right to grow plants tax free? "Where does the taxing of plants end, do you think?

  • @edna2422 You're an idiot. Prop 19 does not affect Prop 215. You know it and so does everyone else. Stop lying to people!

  • @SolarEXtract ah, my fav...solar extract...wonder who pays you to slander...better learn how to read, and if I am such an idiot. why did I pay for jack herer's book in 1989 and pay and pay to keep him going...when no one realized the truth...you are an insulting ingrate..with limited ability to see beyond your nose..

  • @edna2422 Pays me? Funny you should mention that, cuz I lost my job 5 months ago and about to be homeless. If we had passed a medical marijuana law in my state, I'd at least have a new job to look forward to, but instead have nothing.

All because of prohibitionists like you. Thanks a lot!

    YES on PROP 19!!

  • @SolarEXtract: Sorry you had to go thru that...........maybe Edna here will wake up..........or maybe she won't.

  • @edna2422 Taxes are a fact of any prosperous nation, without them the nation wouldnt get roads fixed, schools funded and so on. So it is similar to legalization. Think about the rest of the nation and vote yes.

  • @frecklesmoker Taxes are a a fact, however, food and medicine is exempt...we can tax the by products of the cannabis, of which there are so many..but taxing the actual grow, is like taxing farmers who grow their crop, whatever...it is against the california constitution, which prop. 19o amends, without telling us it does so.

  • @edna2422 I'd rather people pay a tax on it then go to jail for it

  • @edna2422 "we have a good law now" sounds precisely like an "I gots mine" argument.

"..give up your constitutional right..." Sadly, our fore-fathers didn't write explicit rights into our constitution for cannabis, which is why we're in this mess in the first place!

I believe, based on my reading of the proposed bill, that the taxation portion of the initiative is limited to Commercial endeavors, and not private home grows.

YES on 19! Help the patients, help [the rest of] U.S.!

  • @gothicprophet Who will benefit if this passes..the gov just gave you the right to one ounce. you are trading constitutional rights, indeed, this prop. is more than likely unconstitutional...for the ounce you now can legally possess..for all intents. the ca. constitution says no taxation on growing plants..do you really think that if this passes, it will end with cannabis? or, rather, that there will be lawsuits citing this infraction against the constitution.

  • Respond to this video...Better look at the riverside interpretation...they might look at home cultivation..that is the issue, the bill is very unclear. very slick. and now benefits those who can pay the price of large grows.

  • @edna2422 Now that the governor has made possession an infraction, and is less restrictive than prop. 19, why are you voting for a bill that needs immediate correcting and the activists not part of oaksterdamm think it a step backwards?

  • @edna2422 because it's still a $100 fine and a lost stash...

  • Should it be an infraction to possess alcohol 21+ older? Cannabis users not just in California but everywhere want this.

  • @NOstevecooley Seriously what are you talking bout? what does alcohol have to do with Cannabis?? they are two different things.... u cant smoke in public u cant grow because they are gonna tax the shit out of you so that u cant grow .. vote NO o PROP 19

  • @marcslowhoe You should vote Yes though seriously.

  • @NOstevecooley Seriously what are you talking bout? what does alcohol have to do with Cannabis?? they are two different things.... u cant smoke in public u cant grow because they are gonna tax the shit out of you so that u cant grow .. vote NO on PROP 19

  • @marcslowhoe Proposition 19 could only be made through the power of the counties because it's Federally illegal still. We should vote YES.

  • @NOstevecooley why? its not gonna change anything right now

  • @marcslowhoe ALCOHOL IS WORSE. OH AND I DONT DRINK LIKE YOU. YES ON 19!

  • @NOstevecooley i dont drink either i was just making a point, you said that it would be harder for the youth to get it if its regulated and you used alcohol as and example and i simply said that the #1 durg among youth is Alcohol because its in almost everyones house.. regulating marijuana isnt gonna help anything...

  • @realdeal0083 Oh, because it is confusing, which means it needs another bill, the ammiano bill to "FIX IT", not so easily done, it gives control to governments and corporations, and offers a list of prohibitions to individuals that do not now exist,,and has constitutional questions...do u trust your government?

  • @edna2422 The fuck are you talking about? They already control it via its illegality. The ONLY issue subject to the prop is whether or not individual users will end up being arrested simply for procession.

    >and offers a list of prohibitions to individuals that do not now exist,

This doesn't even make sense. You do understand that pot is currently illegal right? Are you aware that prop 19 is a proposition to make it legal to adults?

  • @edna2422 People with that mentality were there to criticize Prop. 215 but look how far it got us! We have been fighting for so long for things like this, as a patient and Californian i'm voting YES.
