@tbiscool because he had been going so much for his job in los angelos and vancouver that he made the need to move to california and depart from all the things that was made in vancouver to there that is why he is giving up the sesshomaru voice, he might have to do most of his stuff here in the states now
David Kaye is the only Sesshomaru, minus Ken Narita of course. The final act dub flat out sucks in general, and while sesshomaru didnt get hit the worst, his is still bad.
Umm..if this was a tribute to David Kaye...wouldn't you have his voice in the video somewhere? After all, it was his voice that defined Sesshomaru's character.
Whe I first heard that David Kaye wasn't doign the voice of Lord Sesshomaru for the Final Act I flipped out. Hearing Michael Dangerfield was doing the voice, I looked up some of his work and at first I was extremely worried untill I came across Gundam 00 where he did the voice of Johann. WOW! After that I'm sure (crossign fingers) that he can pull off a pretty good Sesshomaru voice.

My friend is going to beat me is Mr. Daingerfield doesn't do Sesshy right. I'm terrified. I will miss Mr. Kaye's voice as Sesshomaru (especially If I have to run from my friend's beatings). Love the vid.
I loved David for Sesshomaru. He truly got the coldness down. To be honest I don't really like any of the new voices for the inuyasha characters.
