What a load of crap it's been advertised since last Sunday, I would've expected that with the advertising that they put out for this thing it would have been better. I thought maybe they would show something on the screen that would give viewers a heart attack or something, or at least show someone having a heart attack good thing I missed the actual showing of this.

I think it will be a CGI heart like verno said, it will be an animation of what happens, and how to prevent. And I bet the quote 'A tight chest is your body saying call 999 (911 USA).' or something along those lines.
