@WPRR1 I'm sorry! My dumb-ass brother just wrote that. Awesome catch! ( I don't even think he knows what a RSC-2 is! He just copied it off a model train box.)
@AliceInChains243 Usually week days, around 3:30 pm, they usually haul10 Cars North, Then Some Times More. Some How, They Manage To Get The Engines Sandwiched In The Train.
WOW WOW WOW hold on a minute!!! you HOPE I enjoyed it!!!!!! Dude I didnt enjoy it!!!!!!!...I LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!! did you originally think I was gonna say I hated it!!!!! ;-D Be honest!!!
@animator62 At the end...why is there a "pbbt" noise?? because he wacking him self off thats how excited he was over this locomotive. example @ 1:38 the YES was him getting turned on by that train's ass end. him and that locomotive should get a fricken room.
@moabmutt you must live right by this line? Since there were only 13 made, and 4 remain in existence. 1 with Kyle RR, 1 @ North Shore Scenic, 1 stored out of service with Oregon Pacific RR, and the Mass. Central unit. This unit is the former Southern #2100. It was their only NW5
Odd... The diamond logo on the front of that locomotive looks exactly like that of the Amerex fire extinguisher company... didn't know they made diesel-electric locomotives too!
Item one, Hold the camera still. Item two, when shooting video, keep your mouth closed. This could have been some interesting footage, but what's up with the snapshot interfering with the video taking? Buy a five dollar tripod and try again.
I Don't Know What Make You Think I Didn't Use A Tripod. Look Up This Camera "Canon PowerShot S2 IS" It Takes Pictures While Filming. I Didn't Have Any Other Cameras Other Then This One so, I Wanted Pictures And video For This One. And As You Probably Know! Once In A Lifetime Shot's Only COME ONCE! So There Isn't A 2nd Try.
I would either choose to take pictures or video. Not both because it ruins the video. Try to avoid tons of zooming when on a tripod. When you're zoomed out everything looks fine but when you zoom in the video goes off track. Also try to practice with Microsoft's movie maker, its free and comes with windows. When you want to change and angle, instead of showing the camera wildly slinging around edit that part out. It will look a lot nicer. Also no talking during the video! :D
@skyman2002 Idt you where filming... Not many cameras use film anymore. I think you might have used tape? or a digital camera? but you sound like a fucking idiot when you say you where filming
Nice horn and nice rare loco...But I gotta ask you a couple of questions. Where is this taking place and how do you know the train is going to be there at that time?
hell man good choice I would have done the same thing cool..hell man your shots at the end came out good too from one railphotographer to another very good..love the NW5 also only seen one other and it doesnt run its on static display in Whitefish Montana
I can't wait til they put her up for sale. Then, one of our Southern museums dress her back in a tuxedo, like she should be. Then get a better tuned M3 on there. That would be nice.
Love this one. You were awesome. I never knew there was gonna be a new engine on the Mass Central. What type of horn is that. BTW keep up the good videos!!!!!! -Your friend Gianni.
Cory great love your videos. Columbia Missouri a city about half hour from us owns its own railroad. Its called COLT Junction Railroad. Norfolk Souther drops cars off in a small staging yard and COLT JUNKTION RAILROAD picks them up and takes them to different industral areas in Columbia. I will send you some photos of this line its really neat
13 NW5s built, as of now 4 survivors.
