Now that I am not living with the girl that gave me the copy, I can honestly say that I never finished Catcher in the Rye. That is the only non scholastic book I was bored enough by to not even care what happened, that I can remember. I have moved twice since I attempted to read that thing and twice now I have quizzically placed it back on the bookshelf.
