It's basically tinned ham that's been pre-cooked, it's not very popular here in Australia and actually made fun of because not many people really like tinned meat - kind of considered like a cheap alternative to real/fresh meat and alot of people are suspicious of what meat is actually used in the cans. But I suppose they had to be cheap in order to get more food with their tight budget...
