trailer's better than the movie... can't believe I actually watched this movie. It succeeded as guilty pleasure, but even that could have been better. I mean we wait almost an hour for Frankenhooker, the title character, to take the stage, and when that happens all she does is walk around, push people and electrocute a few guys--repeating the same catchphrases again and again and again. Why not parody some of the famous scenes from the original Frankenstein?

brain damage was a great b side horror flic about a guy whos going schizo and starts allucinating, and its scary because it looks like real life psicoses bad trips, these films were just great for laughs and made us scare as well because underneath these cheezy sets there was a message so real and political and futuristic and fucking scary that make this creativity epics of a time when kids still cared about things and had gutts to say:take this job and shove it!
