I have contacted the governor of Kentucky and The Common Wealth of Kentucky and when I did, they went to my mother's job and talked to her co workers and they told her I was making claims about my father (knowing I was talking about blue beam project and dream insertions). There may be private groups doing this, but it takes a lot more skill, organization, and resources than most groups have the time or money to do. They put GPSs on your car, they coordinate 24/7 surveillance, they microchip your body by telling doctors/nurses/dentists that it's about state security; they get local buy-in by cops and firemen because they are giving them gobs of money. All right, I asked and I got confirmation from Derrick Robinson and from others as well. Derrick was in the Navy and assigned to work along with the National Security Agency (or NSA). Which is probably his targeting began. Which brings the question, why anyone would have any interest in a Mexican of no importance such as myself?

(Who may have had to declare bankrupcy over this whole deal; at least they did within MONTHS of my speaking of the 'enhancement' and having the source code. Being TI runs in families. For me, it goes back to my grandfather murdered in 1935. I have only recently come to understand that swarming & stalking is a very ancient activity; it is in the Bible. Defamation of character is a mortal sin: thou shalt not bear false witness. Now, with cell phones, stalking is easier. I was homeless for 6 months because of stalking; only now am I back on my feet, barely. I will get a video camera soon & document the human debris who harass me so there is a record.

I've been a Ti since 1986, and don't group together with other TI's, but I was on a conference call with Derrick and Rep. Jim Guest back in 8/07.

I have to say Derrick has much more control in a good way about all of this. I don't know his back ground but I believe he has been helping.

In any event, I wrote a separate letter to Rep Guest and sent him my picture, I'm sure he got it!

Yes, Derrick is former NSA, but that doesn't mean you can't trust him. In fact, that's probably what got him targeted in the first place. Plus, being former NSA puts him a better position to have some idea what this all means.

The person that 'outed' him is now highly suspect; just digging for stories like so many other. At least Derrick identfies himself; he should tell people this straight off and it would deaden the affect' assuming he's on the right side.

I've often wondered about that, but it seems that there are even people with humanity inside the FBI, and other agencies, as well. Must be they are put in positions where their skills are an asset without their heart interfering. There is so much compartmentalization in the government projects that it is very hard to see the big picture of what is really going on any way, even for many on the inside.

This is spot on; I know several in various Law enforcement/fire positions. They are good people and I THINK, they're being lied to about us. The police in my area which seemed to think I was criminal, were offered to give me the fMRI, lie detector; it was ignored and several did not even know what I was talking about.

Actually, if law enforcement did their job and provided due process for the breaking and entering, destruction of property, etc., via investigation of TI's ccomplaints, then it would be okay. They dismiss the complaints, therefore.

How did you do that? You had a static IP?

They also track by MAC address and to change this you must change your network card.

These are both temporary as the next time you get email the MAC/email address will be reconnected.

Most people have an IP that changes periodically anyway.

Yes,my 11 year old OS along with me. When he was 6-8 yo a gang of kids 4 to 6 years older than him was allowed to assault, stalk, harass him with impunity. No one would co-operate with us against them.
