actually, u jst dun sit on horseback. i do ballet and horseriding, it requires alot of control with the inner thigh muslces,core and body control. its not easy to do a flying change or do a transitions and make it look like the horse is doing it on his own. it is meant to look like the rider is just sitting.that's the quality of a world class rider..lke dancers making fouettes lk easy, or gymnasts mking thier mvs look easy.the beauty of it is tht its meant to look easy,but acutally its not.

rhythmic s is more on artistry and a deal of flexibility and athleticism...

while gymnastics is not so focused on artistry and not too much flexibility... but more on very athletic jumps...

anyway.. I love them both..

figure skating is still the best for me...

No, this sport is only for women in Olympic Games, but there are some videos where you can find Spanish men doing rhythmic gymnastics.

Besides that, the only place you find men as flexible as these girls would be Cirque du Soleil. In fact, most rhythmic gymnasts join the circus or even Cirque du Soleil when they decide to stop.
