I don't believe I have the dolphin's bg... but then again I can't find out because I just beat my 1st clear game... (You may see a vid of it soon)

I looked up that Dolphin & I don't have it nor do I have Neptune Diving to buy in my shop... I do have a special VAUs that can't be bought in the shop, but that's it. Can it be because you have the Japan version? (p.s. I have the video up)
Actually, both version are the same. They have the same unlocks.
