@Smileygirl1ish If you havent unlocked the first tunnel at carter's excavation site, you need to enter it with your hammer (i think you need to go there at 6am, but i could be wrong so try different times of day). Carter will ask you to smash the wall in, and there will be a tunnel there. Go into the tunnel, there is ore in the rocks (smash with hammer).

@Smileygirl1ish To get a family, you need a wife if you play as a boy or a husband if you play as a girl (hmds cute). So, out of the people who have a little heart by their picture, choose who you want to marry and give them something they like every day. If you have the instruction booklet it should tell you what they like. Also talk to them twice a day, they should get to like you. (Also try to avoid littering and letting animals die, cos they stop liking you).

As for getting to mineral town, on this game i'm afraid you can't, the path is only there for valley people to go there during the day. There is no way of getting to mineral town on this game :(

@topturv528 If they are crops that regrow, the only way to get to the crop in the middle is to pick one on the outside then sickle it so you can get there. Alternatively, if you have enough casino medals to get godhand, you can use that to get it. If you are planning on shipping it there is always the green sprite team.

@summer4rainbow oops sorry for the long wait for an answer >.< anyways to upgrade your house, you need to first buy a table which you can do by going to the channel 2 sprite station and wait until it's available. Then once you have a table, you can call Gotz on the telephone and upgrade your house. Hope that helps :D

@aiceycat you can get ores in the mines . the mines are near carters house you know the cave near his tent....if you want to unlock it you must go to carters house at night then just stay there until carter goes into his house then equip your hammer and go into the cave. carter will soon come in and ask for your help

@aiceycat you can get the ores by smashing the rocks in the mines i think there are about 9 levels you can go deeper into the mines by smashing rocks or digging the ground to find some stairs just keep hitting the rocks to get ores sorry if you dont understand what im saying :P oh by the way the deeper you are the better the ores sorry for responding late

@CaRay91 marry the 1 you want theres no difference's really and i got both versions of harvest moon ds boy and girl on the boy 1 i got 2 animal barns and 3 bird sheds and if u want a stone fence hammer a stone and then put it where u want but on da yellow soil were u can plant and stuff if u want a wooden fence use an axe instead but it will rot and u will hav 2 replace the wood so its best to have stone but u can have wood if u like :)

@ShichirouSuzume no you can do it with wood or gloden lumber as well once it's already chopped just throw it on the ground on a area that has light soil like where you plant your stuff at but stone does'nt cost at much and it will pretty much last forever golden lumber never breaks and wood lumber atfer a few major storms will deteriorate

I'm aware of how easy it is to get quite a big farm in this game, and I think it's the only harvest moon where you can buy a chicken coop and a barn as soon as day 2 or 3 just from foraging the entire town.

@chiminox not nessecarily you can get money real easy by foraging and selling to van if he doens't offer a price you like exit out and then go back and try to sell again i once sold 90 weeds for 450 when grass normally only sells for 1 a piece so i sold it for 5x the price

@flyleafgirl08 I got Muffy's heart on purple in less 9 days you just have to go to her bedroom in the morning and talk with her two times ,the present i gave her was wine( wine make a total of 500 LP per day) do this for 2 or 1 week and she will be in purple or maybe blue

Note :Don't keep gave her more jewlery cause the jewlery makes a total of 300LP so she will be in purple heart in 2 seasons

NOTE:If you want the wine present work just gave a bottle per day no more just ONE
