another comment to say great explanation :) i'm sitting in bed and even without the poi i know how it works now. i'm another one for only being able to do hyperloops (albeit only half the time, still learning).

what cone poi are you using? they look similar to the ones off HoP.

@mrkdetailing They were made by a friends company called hyperloop.co.uk but I don't think they exist anymore. Well, the person exists, but they're not making poi ;)

I haven't used the HoP ones but any non-stretch material which gives you a lot more control (more so than just socks).

@YouVuvu Should work fine with swivels, though you might find they spin a bit faster due the lack of friction (and thus torque).

i started doing air wraps in preperation to learn hyperloops,, now i can only do hyper loops and cant get the air wraps figured out! very frustrating. haha!

it is possible with chain poi. but just do it more aggressily it works for me

Can airwraps be done with a poi made of strings, no socks? I´cant make the movement, so I have figured that it could be me or my poi. Should I make a socks poi?

You can do them with any kind of poi - but socks are easiest

Uberloops are possible with chain so airwraps should be possible as well. But make sure you have good swivels.

And the difference is that airwraps (like he said in the beginning of the clip) only happen on one side and hyperloops change side.
