this phone is amazing and i loved it to death but it has problems as well. after having it for a few months, sometimes it turns off at random times when you slide the phone up to view the keyboard. also, sometimes when you slide keyboard up, the screed doesn't shift like it should. and sometimes the screene just goes out. i've had 6 versions of this phone because i love it so much but it just fucks up so much.

Mine was cool until it started freezing all the time... that, and I'd hit the internet button sometimes while texting. The touch screen wasn't all that fantastic, either... in fact, it kind of made me decide I never want another touch-screen again. There was also this weird bubble thing going on where a water-bubble would appear if it got too warm.

I just got the Pantech Link. Best phone I have ever had.

I have this phone & I hate it! The keyboard is cramped so when I'm trying to turn on the caps lock occasionally I'll access my phonebook. Or if I'm trying to type the letter Z i hit the internet. I'm on my 2nd one (and probably have to replace this one again) already & haven't even had it a year. it randomly freezes & randomly shuts off.

I have the LG Xenon with Bell and I hate it I don't have free internet and when I text if I want to press the letter Z Ill end up pressing the Internet Browser and it cost's allot of money I have a 25$ Plan Unlimited Text Free Around North America 250 minutes free weekends free after 6 intill 5 and last time my bill was 73$! I'm getting the iPhone 4g.

I got this phone the day it came out. Here I am a year and a half later, and I love this phone. The keys are perfect, the touch screen works very well, the sound quality is great, and the battery life is very good. Ive never had a single problem until about 2 days ago when my phone started to turn off randomly. The ATT worker said my battery is dieing. I ordered a new one and itll be here soon, and itll work like new. Dont listen to all these negative points. I have it and everything works great

I have it and I love it! I'm a total texter and the QWERT is nice to have and the touch screen simplifies it, you just need to be careful when sliding and dont hit the screen, or you can ruin the slider or disbale the touch screen. Not recomended for unresponsible children!!!!

I don't really recommend it. My first one i got had constant freezes and the sliding part broke after a few months. I think it maybe because i slide it back to fast but it had ALOT of freezes. I exchanged it and got another one. This one rarely ever froze but now the touch screen doesn't work after a year of having it. Trust me, the touch screen is basically everything for the phone. I cant view messages, fix alarms, calendar, etc. The most i can do is call and view date/time
