I don't always agree with John McLaughlin, but I respect his positions because they represent an original perspective. However, John didn't spend enough time researching Occupy Wall Street. The movement only has one demand: A political and economic system that doesn't favor corporations over citizens. People (like Susan Ferrechio) who claim the OWS message is incoherent are being dishonest; the problem is self-evident. Democracy should not serve only those with the largest bank accounts.
Republican liars, Pat and papermache woman, need to stop spreading the bullshit lies that OWS protestors are breaking the law. The first premise of OWS is peaceful protest. I'm amazed that this program would give it so much coverage, they tried to deny its existence in the first few weeks. But it AIN'T goin' away! And Obama ain't gonna be able to co-opt it for his purposes either. OWS is a protest against both democrats and republicans.
@SOLE2SOUL Maybe he isn't going to try co-opting. Maybe he'll try to ally in good faith and genuinely work with OWS. Barack would still try to get what he wants out of it, but sitting on his coattails isn't a bad place for a group of people.

It's gone to the point where gaining power is more important than its responsible use, so that the parties are willing to do anything to gain more seats even as they only use them to gain more ground.
