I happen to know for a fact that there are 8-2x4s under water near Ritidian and 12 - 2x4s under the navy base holding the island steady. It just may be true what Hank Johnson was speaking about.

Here is what we could do...maybe add about 10 - 2x4s to the Ritidian support structure and oh I'd say about 15 or so 2x4s to the Navy Base/ Sumay area. That should add enough support for the 8000 troops.
