I remember one day my brother brought all his friends over, plugged in the ps2 controller adapter and put in this game and i was amazed. Game looked so awesome and all of them playing at once blew my mind. I just spent hours of trying to find this game again. I just found it. :D

this game kicks ass! it reminds me how long of a life my ps2 has. ive had it for like 8 or 10 years or whenever they first came out and it works like a champ. It started not reading discs good so i took it apart and just cleaned the dust out and the beast is back. but yea y is the ps2 tougher than 360 ive left mine on for weeks and it doesnt get nearly as hot as my 360 slim? cool shit right there cool shit.

I have to say that this game is just fucking amazing. Four years ago I sold every single PS2 game I owned, which was like 40, but I kept this game. Even today, with my xbox360 and all of my epic highly-detailed games, I still play Champions every week or so. It's just THAT good. Kind of disappointed that there's not one for the 360. I probably played this game for close to 850 hours, if not more.

seriously one of the best games ever! I remember playing through the whole thing with my brother and it was so much fun. The diversity of level design and the types of landscape settings you play in makes it so much more interesting!

I love how much cool looking gear drops too.

The reason this game is similar to baldur's gate dark alliance is because snowblind studios used the same engine, with a few tweaks to make this game, it was not meant to be a sequal as semenetey suggests because both games have different licenses, BGDA = wizards of the coast (D&D) and CON = Everquest

Yes this is similar to Dark Alliance Series because this game is supposed to be the sequel to the Dark Alliance 2, the Dark Alliance 3...

but snowblind studios just changed it to champions of norrath......

They cancelled the creation for Baldur's Gate 3 and instead made this. So this is pretty much the third one. At the end of BG2 Innoruuk lord of hate made his appearance and he is the final boss in Champions of Norrath.

this is similar to boulders gate but i like the fact that this game looks better and can have 4 people playing at the same time instead of just 2 but in boulders gate they get jumping which is really fun to do in games like these.
