  • This guy is all wet, and he designs trans systems? The 48 minutes he talks about does not include stops which will be at least 30 seconds per stop, at 19 stops that is 9.5 minutes. Of course, what about wait time for the bus that will take you to the station, wait time at the station, and then when you get to the end you need another bus to your job. Add this up and you get about 97 minutes for a one way trip. That's about an hour and a half from Kapolei to town. Roundtrip is over 3 hours.

  • Does this douchebag even live in West Oahu? Get off the freeway and you run into traffic on Kamokila and on Farrington. At least the rail would pass over the crappy parts of Kapolei.

  • By douchebag do you mean to complement him as if to say that he keeps women feeling clean and avoiding that not so fresh feeling?

  • Rail is absolute, consistent, and efficient. The margin for operator steering error is totally eliminated.

  • 48 min not including bus transfers.

  • What does he mean by "Express" buses? Is he saying there's going to be an Extended long city bus for each town? (Ewa Beach, Kapolei, Nanakuli, Waianae, etc?)

And plus, I would rather be going on a train with more space than a small, crowded city bus.

  • I most likely will NOT ride the rail, as I will be long dead by the time they get around to it!
