I used to back-comb my hair every day. I used to tease it so that it was BIG and then I noticed my hair's become SUPER thin. I attributed this to either teasing my hair or my birth control pills so I stopped both. So teasing your hair a few times a week can be okay if you're doing it correctly? I was doing it the right away (going down and then out)...
