I think Mr.Richard is a fine example of-how to endure discrimination without retaliation- of course many negro entertainers were not allowed to stay in regular hotels after performances,but you never saw their pain and shame while on stage. yet the opposite is true in Europe ,where they were treated as royalties.Surely a god fearing man,who once quit rock to do gospel instead.
