I think Tam Lin is taken away from you after the Tutorial, not sure about Alraune, though.

both are taken, but tam lim is a level 10 demon, you can get him before the first real boss of the game, and hes quite good, as for araulne, i haven't seen her yet

The starting demon is Tam Lin... It also shows his name on the top part of the screen. The other one, according to P4 it's Ishtar... but it reads something like Alraune in the vid.

Awesome Battle music, probably Shoji Meguro (I kinda hope since I absolutely love his works)

Love the new multi-hit flash, it makes Raidou looks badass! Hope it comes out in english, though they probably won't start until Persona 4 finish it so I expect this to be localized by Summer next year.

Most of it is Shoji Meguro, and by the style of the music you should be able to tell it's him
