I think the sale in DS because of the game Otomedius that uses the touch
panel.
However, though Konami will seem not to sell home version.

@Fuujinryu too bad it never happened however this game is on the Xbox 360 in japan only as a remake with more characters stages and extra music packs from past gradius games as remixes.
but Otomedius Excellent is going to be in the US also but it has yet to be released and the date keeps changing Konami doesn't even have this on their website for upcoming games.
