there is a game coming out for PS3 and 360 called Anarchy Reigns, in the screenshots, it shows either Jack, or a guy with the exact same design, clothes, and arm mounted chainsaw.

from what i've heard, its him, and not a cross over or cameo.

might be a sequel of sorts, but he doesn't appear to be the only playable character.
