  • I attended my first 30 bananas a day meeting here in Perth yesterday and I have to buy the book but I'd like to know what do I do if I actually want to put on weight? I lost alot of weight as I was ill and would like to put it back on.

  • Oh I love Megan she is awesome!!!!! She is so awesome!!!! Where's Arnold?!? :P

  • too skinny

  • I love you DurianRiders!! i love your cheeky personality and how you ask freelea questions that you already know the answers too! "20 bananas?? but that's going to make you fat??!!!"

  • Where can I buy one of those banana whipping machine? And what are they really called? I have been trying to look for one of those for awhile.

  • do u walk around in those crop tops on a day to day basis? O.o

  • @Spagoochy She probably does. And god bless her for it cuz that body is BANGIN!

  • IN the USA we have a machine called YONANAS that does what the banana whipper lady's machine does. It's awesome. 48 bucks....so worth it.

  • @converse1323 meee toooo

  • The key to banana ice cream is to use extremely frozen solid bananas and very little if any liquid. The result is the ultimate ice cream. Better than the dairy.

I make blueberry banana ice cream all of the time. I now freeze all of my bananas, and I just use a regular crappy blender. It takes some careful prodding with a spoon. All ingredients must be frozen, except for the orange juice or whatever small amount of liquid.

  • @zigzigerblat Oops hit send twice. Sorry.

  • @zigzigerblat with blueberry's is my favourit too. I also make it often. But as I don't like firm ice cream, I just use non-frozen banana's and mix them with frozen berries.

  • @kittyminty It seems to never get too firm for me. I like it warm, cold or frozen. Its just good.

  • I tried making this with mangoes and it worked! :)

  • Champion juicer works best. That's what I use. That's why Arnold's is so good.

  • Omega Juicer is best for making this type of banana whip/ice cream.

  • Awwww-I feel bad b/c I really wanted to meet you & Freelee & Dan.....how long will u be in NYC? I'm glad the hurricane is over :)

  • I'm going to try making this with frozen mango.

  • i just blended frozen bananas with frozen strawberries ... yum, like ice cream!

  • Is she just putting frozen bananas into a Champion juicer to make that banana whip? I have a Champion juicer, but I never use it. This looks like a good use for it if I'm not mistaken.

  • I put fully frozen bananas into my Vitamix and it turns it into Icecream easy peasy. No water needed, just push it down with the tamper and you're away!

  • easier to do it in a blendtec because the carafe is bigger. this is my fav. i eat with dates and blended papaya nom nom. arnold's way is my favourite. went to my first potluck there and every time i go home from new york i go see arnold!

  • I make these with my Greenstar. Try alternating frozen bananas and frozen mango. Beautiful stripes of orange along with the banana. Frozen strawberries are good to!

  • wow, my new breakfast <3

  • My omega juicer creates the ice cream like Arnolds. You can make a yummy raw vegan banana split.

  • @angelbe88 Arnolds Way in PA is the place to go for the best banana whip. Great guy too. :)

  • @durianriders

I've watched almost all of his videos. Love Arnold. He is doing so much to help others out there. It's great you guys stopped off at his place while you're in the states. Wishing you both a safe journey back home.

  • @durianriders You need a champion to do it right that's why. :)

  • I haven't seen bananas that cheap anywhere around here, relatively speaking they are inexpensive, but not 29 cent per pound, and especially not organic, you guys are fortunate, thx for sharing

  • @dofdestiny10 29 cents EACH or ~$0.92 per pound...

  • I have done this. I put a little coconut water in it too and it is yummers

  • that jawns bangin, wow great tummy

  • add a little non sweetened chai tea ... delicious

  • Oh my goodness that looked good! = )

  • Yummmy!!!! Are u guys still coming to union square today? Or are u going to postpone it for another day? (Chloe from facebook)

  • @longomoreno We were there but only Greg turned up. Everyone else fronted lol!

  • $0.20 each for those bananas? Dang, that's a freakin' good price! What does Freelea skirt say on it?

  • This works well in a food processor without adding any liquid.
