@makeupbygloria You guys blow my mind. So if I buy fake merchandise from some1 and proceed to sell them off say on eBay and get caught, would I not be breaking the law? Could I blame that on my supplier when I am fully aware of what I am committing to? You can't claim you are innocent by blaming onto someone else. In this case her suppliers and her were both breaking the law. Selling knock off merchandise in the black market is nt something new but nt legal either...:s anyway I'm done with this!

The thing about the American court system is you can sue the person all they won't and if they can't afford it they can just say "WELL I CAN'T AFFORD IT!" and get off without paying a dime. You can keep sueing them but they will never pay it off. I'm guessing thats what the defendant is going to do.
