  • Judge judy continues mopping the floor with a retard... in a moment...

  • Brilliant! Loved it! The D "diva" is a cunt, robbing bitch

  • the defendant is a fucking cunt.

  • both of them.. but the othr said she was a diva, some women r crazy

  • her hair looks like she didnt wash it for like a week

  • Judge judy was jealous, and one of the audience checked out the 'diva's booty on the way out

  • k,

  • What the hell's a Diva?

  • @S2naturally well according to websters dictionary . Diva ; A Diva is the female version of a hustler.

  • @bluemoon1012 That was awesome.

  • They just admitted selling knock off merchandise. Dumb. The defendant is definitely an idiot.

  • LOLOL ..IM THE DIVA IM THE DIVA!!

  • too bad the show is paying for the claim, it would have been better to let the defendant pay for what she took from the plaintiff, either that or sent her to jail

  • "a diva has class" HAHAHAHAHA

  • She's another PERFECT example of why EDUCATION IS FUNDAMENTAL!! A poster child, for the "Stay in School" Program. Why would anyone (I don't care what nationality she is) admit to selling knock off merchandise. Even Judge Judy is looking at the court baliff, like "I can't believe that she's admit to this on public record". And trust me; anytime you go to court, your transcript is a matter of PUBLIC RECORD! Hopefully she doesn't have any children.

  • Dumbass

    Inbred

    Vile

    Afrrican American

  • Bad business

  • Comment removed

  • neither of them have class -_-

  • LOL The ending is EPIC!!! I heard 'I'm Bunifa' lollll

  • Dumb is forevah! Diva, lol....

  • NeeVaaa!

  • But the fat one was breaking the law in the 1st place!

  • @laurensneakysmile Actually she wasn't. You can sell shit you buy in this country if you want to. It's only illegal if she were tryin to pass it off as the real deal.

  • @rebelnomo

So you can say to someone.. "hey would you like to buy this knock off Prada purse?" but you can not say "Would you like to buy this genuine Prada purse?" If it's not indeed genuine?

Somehow I don't think that's right... at least here in Australia it's illegal no matter how you go about it. Stall owners in Markets here are prosecuted for having knock off items..

  • @laurensneakysmile They sell all kinda fake shit here. Like she said, she bought it at a store anyways. It has to be enough of a difference that you can tell it's not the real thing I think, but I assure you they sell knockoffs here all the time. Why anyone would buy that trash is beyond me, but they sell fake crap in stores here. I know what you're sayin though, there are laws about this and I really don't know them at all, but I've seen fake shit sold plenty of times.

  • @laurensneakysmile It has to do with what you say. If you tell them its fake and they still buy it, thats their fault and they know exactly what they have. If you tell someone something is real and they buy it thinking its the real thing and its not that is Counterfeiting and its illegal

  • divas don't do knockoff... she's a knockoff herself!

  • I would be too ashamed to go to court and admit dealing with knock off.

  • Diva of Dumb!

  • this was the best ending ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • "Diva" ? No.. A Thieve and a Punk...is what she is....with no sense of right and wrong....and a selfeshness attitude where she thinks she is the center of Everyone's world....or should be.Divas earn that name...through hard work and talent...like 15% talent and 85% Work.Check out any great singer's career...and life and you will see a life of hard work...and paying dues....lessons and ups and downs...but through it all ..always working and learning and practicing....practicing....practicing.

  • @MrSaxman50

good comment! well put! thank you for bestowing

some of your wisdom upon these fools!!!

  • @MrSaxman50 You are welcome...The Truth has no agenda. have a great day.

  • @king2thextreme However I want to apologize if I came across as racist because I'm not - I'm only speaking about the majority of black women I come across and their ridiculous attitude.

  • @SK39618 But we'll forever be scarred by it. :(

  • @kandinskyforfootball Why though? You're not a slave, and no one had the right to make black people slaves to begin with. We're all human and beautiful in our own way. So there is no need to be scarred or act all obnoxious. That time is gone, be graceful and prove people wrong - or else people will wish slavery still existed lol

  • @SK39618 then tell people to stop calling us the N word. No matter how highly we achieve, a lot of white people have some sort of inherent mercilessness embedded in them, which won't allow them to accept us as humans. As long as we're all different, somebody's going to have something to say. Racism is eternal. :(

  • @kandinskyforfootball First of all , the black men/women in the entertainment industry have to stop calling themselves niggas, negros, etc. It's not a problem when that happens, but when a white personn says it then it's wrong. Practice what you preach

  • @SK39618 Firstly, our description as 'black men/women' was created by slave masters during the slave trade. We have different shades of BROWN skin. 'Black' was smeared on us to group us with the devil/evil/bad/horror.

  • @SK39618 I condemn the internal communal use of the N word by BROWN people because that excuse of it being a term of 'endearment' is garbage. Brown Americans tend to suddently filter their language with the N word as they become hostile to another Brown person (e.g. see clip with Doug Williams and Jamie Foxx). Also the N word was created as a name to identify an enslaved brown person, which was used throughout the slave trade (500 yrs). This caused the monolithic entrenchment of the word.

  • @SK39618 Thirdly, the term 'Negro' was used by Malcom X and the honorable Elijah Mohammed. This term was perceived to be legitimate. Thus it has also been entrenched. Its therefore expected frequent usage renders this term irremovable. No matter what we preach or do, these terms will not be removed. Particularly if people can still use the American Constitution as a defence for their verbal freedom.

  • @SK39618 But on the other hand, I condone the usage of the N word because I believe brown slaves have earned us and themselves the EXCLUSIVE RIGHT to use the term. There oppression for 500 yrs, the effect of which still rings out today and disadvantages brown people, gives ONLY us the right to use the term. White people can complain all they want. Their ancestors shouldn't have been so barbaric and some white people today shouldn't be treating us unequally because of our skin colour.

  • @SK39618 We've suffered enough. Its because of those bastards, Willie Lynch and George Washington why stupid brown people think they're ugly because of their complexions, why some stupid lighter brown people think they're superior to darker brown people and why brown people tend to treat their own kind with LESS respect than they treat white people with. Brown people, particularly the American, CANNOT be helped. Look at what they did to Malcom X - $20 blood money from the white man was enough.

  • @SK39618 The statement you made, I must say was the craziest statement I've heard yet. WASN'T THE SLAVE TRADE WRONG? - Think! Those who gave you a thumbs up on your statement are all logically White or stupid lighter brainwashed brown people.

  • @SK39618 I believe the first progressive step would be to stop blaming brown people for EVERYTHING.

  • @SK39618 You have to ask yourself if you understand why the double standard exists in the first place.

  • @heavensxnight Exactly. There is a difference between using it as an insult and using it to call someone your friend

  • @SK39618 I don't say it, and a'lot of white kids I know say it and call me that word, I just laugh it off. And for the love of god lets not make this a race issue

  • @kandinskyforfootball but beauty is forever! (so this is why you have to be super nice and super friendly and never violent and always be truthful to yourself and this is beautiful!)

don't worry, everyone in the world is slowly getting blended together. the racist generation will die out...literally die (it has died out but it is not as prominent as in the past).

also everyone is racist to a certain extent. scientists did research on it, go look it up!

  • Diva? I don't think so. More accurate would be "Hood Rat Scammer" or perhaps "Liar".

  • lol! Yup she is pretty dumb!

  • LOL. What's with the really bad hair??!!!!!!!

  • This was hilarious!

  • Neither of them are divas with those weaves.

  • Thick as SHIT!

  • I don't get it, isn't it a crime to be dealing with counterfeits in the first place?

  • @duriandecay No. It's only a crime if it is explicitly sold as a designer product but isn't.

  • She looks like a DIVA. Mind you I am typing on a braille keyboard. :P

  • ...holy shit what am I watching?

  • I really like the Plantiff, I think she's funny :)

  • In MA-HA-AN!!! lord....

  • Whatever.....Whatever......Whatever

God, someone knock her out plz !

  • I always think of a Diva like the word Whore or Slut.

  • It's always the ugly ones who are so flamboyant and cocky.

  • the defendant is an UGLY diva

  • Diva Champions.

  • you throw somebody's stuffs just because you can't sell their stuffs, of which you claimed you could? lol

  • ya you need to pay the $1100 or else you going to be humiliated by 10 million people again.

  • I AM the Diva

  • yeah I would

  • Lol nice

  • "I'm the boss!" "Excuse me, boss, this way."

    Haha, love Byrd.

  • @jaijainagra lmdao

  • How the hell is this allowed, selling counterfit is illegal!

  • @TZstarcraft The names and logo's are changed just enough to avoid copyright laws. I think.

  • @ApeTankProductions they have to be changed 10% to avoid any copyright infringement...no matter what it is

  • @TZstarcraft it's not counterfeit if its not an exact replica...we don't know if they were or not...they just said knock off...

  • I have a class tomorrow morning...A lot of JJ episodes I have not seen.... Who needs sleep XD?!

  • in the UK selling counterfeit goods is against the law !

  • "IM DA BAOSS BRO!".... ey.. boss... this way..

  • i think she used the knockoffs to sell to druggies or dealers

  • diva lol read stupid arse bitch

  • yup, a diva has class, that lady is just trash :P

  • They are both stupid as as the night is long! To go on National TV saying that they were attempting to sell "knock off merchandise" is unreal!

  • 3:58 white girl checking out that fine black ass.

  • god black woman are just vile.

  • if u couldnt sell then return them simple as that stupid

  • lol me too judge judy

  • Excuse me. Boss. Out that door.

  • Diva. They keep using that word. i do not think it means what they think it means.

  • @SuperBandanna Inconceivable

  • In the UK they would have nicked her for admitting selling... Stupid uk.

  • "that's why ur behind is over here"

  • If I was Byrd I would have SHUT THE FUCK UP cycling through my head.

  • I don't get this AT ALL. How can she even dare sue for something that was non authentic? She openly admits they were knock offs in a court ( well this isn't really a court but whatever). Not that I am siding with the defendant, they are both dumb as hell just saying...acknowledging in front of everyone that she was breaking the law? wow

  • @RockerHeart4Ever Even if they were knockoffs, she paid good money for them which was not paid back. The "diva" found it too hard to unload them, so rather then give them back, she threw them away, which was her downfall.

  • @dhaddox I didn't say it is anyones right to throw away things someone has paid for! They are both dumb as...However her going to the show and publicly declaring she trades non authentic goods is mind blowing and a judge ruling in her favour!!!!

  • @dhaddox I cannot imagine how a judge can rule in favour of someone breaking the law by selling knock off merchandise!!!! It is like selling drugs and boasting you paid for it. You shouldn't be doing it in the first place. Whereas the other 'diva' is an IDIOT but the plaintiff isn't any better!!!

  • @RockerHeart4Ever i think judge judy was able to rule in the plaintiff's favor because not all the merchandise were knockoffs. thats what I am assuming. she said her belts and some of the bags were "boutique", so those aren't knock offs

  • @xixmsthangxix The plaintiff totally deserved to win. No contest and I am not arguing about that. Fair decision. However what I don't understand is how could she make public she was selling knock off merchandise, some or all does NOT matter!

  • @RockerHeart4Ever how was she breaking the law? she actually bought them from a shop the shop that sold them to her are the ones breaking the law.

  • @makeupbygloria You guys blow my mind. So if I buy fake merchandise from some1 and proceed to sell them off say on eBay and get caught, would I not be breaking the law? Could I blame that on my supplier when I am fully aware of what I am committing to? You can't claim you are innocent by blaming onto someone else. In this case her suppliers and her were both breaking the law. Selling knock off merchandise in the black market is nt something new but nt legal either...:s anyway I'm done with this!

  • @makeupbygloria or maybe it is legal in the USA and I am not aware of that....I thought that is a very serious offence, cannot understand how a well known store was selling them...

  • a diva really IS a female version of a hustler

  • BOOOOOOYYYAAAAKKAAAA

  • @N321MM. This is not nice. Naughty. Don't say this.

  • That bitch is ugly!

  • @brokenroses22 Not the defendant

  • @PatrikKacperski

    Other one. Lol.

  • The plaintiff is fierce, I love her accent!

  • NEVER date any female that addresses herself as a diva!

    nuff said.

  • The thing about the American court system is you can sue the person all they won't and if they can't afford it they can just say "WELL I CAN'T AFFORD IT!" and get off without paying a dime. You can keep sueing them but they will never pay it off. I'm guessing thats what the defendant is going to do.

  • @Fignewtonofd00m She didn't have to pay it, because the show pays the awards. At least that's how I understand it works.

  • as a white person what am I supposed to think.

  • @scrambledpenis. Just enjoy the show.

  • OMG why would you go on national court tv, and sue for money owed on counterfit bags and expect not to have the police or fbi see it something and she not get in trouble by them.

  • Do I understand that Judge Judy reimbursed a ghetto lady trying to sell counterfeit merchandise?

  • I'M THE BOSS!

    I actually liked that part.

  • Meh, I guess I'll just go throw my PS3 in the thrash bin. XD

  • Diva or not, that is one of the most beautiful women I've seen in my life

  • @thetubeaccount Sorry for you.

  • @thetubeaccount. She will be very happy.

  • Like a boss!!! :)

  • Incredibad.. "I couldn't sell them so I threw the away" I mean SERIOUSLY!

  • She right a diva has class!ya u go girl!!!!:)

  • y are ppl so proud to be "ghetto".it even sounds nasty.

  • "Well then you're the dumbest thing I've seen all day!" Must stop watching.. these Judge Judy videos,,,Too.. Addictive!

  • @Goldonly25 ah judge judy...more addictive than drugs XD

  • hahahaha. they so ghetto tho. "im a diva" "neva"

  • "Divas" are generally ghetto, so........

  • Counterfeiting is illegal, LOL.

  • @SteamEqualsFAIL selling them is not

  • Judy is the real Diva in all of this....Bitch got class

  • A diva is not ugly

  • A Diva would've fixed her hair before coming to court

  • I think this is my favourite one LOL she looked so derpy; "I threw 'em away" I'm afraid, that although YOU think they're not worth anything and are just trash, the bags are still (apparently) worth at least 30 dollars a piece lololololol

  • Wow, this ending was so embarrassing and cringe-worthy...

  • I love how she imitates the hand gesture at 3:18

  • I'M THE DIVA.

  • @IareBucket NO! I'm the Diva!

  • @TheTubePortal NO, DIVAS HAVE CLASS. YOU ARE REALLY GHETTO AND UN-CLASSY. SO I AM THE DIVA, CAUSE I'M UN-GHETTO AND CLASSY.

  • @IareBucket I'm the boss!

  • @TheTubePortal A DIVA HAS CLASS! A diva would neva do wut u did.. lol, these are some ghetto bitches!

  • So scary how stupid and ignorant people are - what an idiot...so stupid that she was oblivious to JJ's very clear and concise judgment! - I'm surprised she even found her way to the court!

  • that scrawny little defendant is the dumbest, ugliest thing ive seen in my life

    stupid open mouth douche

  • The Defendant looks like Mr. Bill

    "I'm getting sued OH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"

  • one person disliked the video - the defendant, obviously.

  • I'm so confused. Like she threw them away, thats what I'd do

I mean who wants buy knock offs?

  • @ElizaRox24 You wouldn't have the right to throw them away. If you throw them away, then you pay for them.

For the lack of common sense, I hope nobody entrust you to anything.

  • @ElizaRox24 A lot of people do everyday, just go on ebay; and they do so knowingly because they cannot or don't want to buy the real thing.

  • Lawd that heffa dumb smh!!!!!!

  • Where did that ugly little scrawney wighead chicken get the idea she is a diva, lol...

  • isnt it illegal to sell knock offs?

  • @pedinoway2 Not by a long shot - China's retail industry practically runs on the sale of knock-offs (and that's just one example)

  • @Jianlibao i live in norway and its illegal to even wear knock offs, i thought it was the same in usa too.

  • @pedinoway2 Unless you are selling as if they were real and in some countries using the brand name. In some countries it's illegal regardless.

  • @amazingracepp where i live, its even illegal to wear them. which is a good thing if you ask me.

  • Lol neither of them have class.

  • Since when does a diva need to sell knockoff Gucci belts?

  • "She was being ghetto and un-classy" haha!

  • LOL what a moron

  • @RetrospectiveHouse Everything doesn't have to be racially related. Gosh, get a life and/or a hobby.

  • "I ain't payin you nothin" - Skinny black girl.

Let her tell that to the concrete wall in jail
