  • id rather use icing sugar and tint it with colour than chocolate icing sugar is more edible than chocolate not as rich

  • @AQUAMARINETMI The chocolate cools harder though, meaning it'll be much more firm, won't soften up from the moisture of the cakeballs. So they can be plastic wrapped or whatever without worry of sticking or disolving.
