Pakistanis and Indians more than Chinese because Pakis & Indis don't have difficulty in English Language Formalities such as IELTS as Chinese face.
Its false that finding a WHITE-COLLAR job in Canada is difficult. Its almost impossible.
So in this welfare state you are left with Education, Health & winter with High Taxes.
