Kinda wierd seeing a group of people all sitting down on the kitchen floor instead of the kitchen table lol but it is what it is I guess. Cool vid man
Looks like a fun party. I know they don't traditionally celebrate Christmas over there, but I'm sure that it's a different story for New Years... especially in Tokyo. When I get over there, I want to visit Tokyo at least once for the new year festivities. Is there usually one big one or are there several throughout the city? And if there ARE more than one, do you have a preference to which is your favorite?
Woo hoo, looks like a great time was had by all. I am envious of your Tokyo scene.
This was very much like my Christmas except there were no Japanese people or geckos and there were only three of us who were all related and it wasn't in Japan but there was a partially assembled Ikea bathroom sink and a vicious cat that licked fruitcake whenever possible, so we were able to make do.
That was a wonderful video! Thank you for sharing a little of your fun Christmas celebration with all of us. I hope you and your friends enjoy a safe and wonderful New Year! -Kurt :-)
Oh! So that's where the gecko came from, I didn't see it there from the tinychat... It would have been an interesting thing to show if more people had actually showed up again after they left. : P
I think TinyChat is good, but it's really too difficult to keep things going well with so many people chatting at the same time...lags and all. I think I'll leave organizing that to other people for now. If you get something going, let me know. ^^
It's a really unique time. Honestly, I'd rather be home in the US with my family, but unfortunately haven't made it back yet in the past 6 years in Asia. :(
So I'm happy to make the most of it and enjoy Christmas here. ^_^
Ooo - we'll see. If all goes as planned, I'll be probably somewhere near Pakistan around this time next year...not sure if the postal system is as reliable there...
I'm putting a lot of effort into them. I'm both a perfectionist and really bad at crafty stuff, so this kinda stuff doesn't work well for me....I always get the urge to just throw them all out and start over. Resist the urge....resist the urge... :P
Your xmas morning style look so happy XD
Did you get the gifts you wanted?
People in japan I sort of know and are in this video: 2
Only 119.999.998 left to meet!
Right now is 2010 there and 2009 here. How does it feel living in the future? :P

i've never seen a gecko, or any lizard, clean itself like that before. was quite adorable. <3
glasseyelashes 2 years ago
I wonder if he was cleaning itself, or just enjoying some of the sweetness that had dripped on the table and gotten on his tail. :P
But your right - really cute, right?? My roommate was horrified of him, but she slowly warmed up to him throughout the day.
