Tweens are frames that are automatically generated between Keyframes to smoothen out the movement/ transitions. That way you create less frames and get more movement.

I use after effects and flash so i cant give instructions for Anime Studio but plz google or youtube tweens to find out. -->trust me, it makes animating soooo much faster!!!

i think it was 145 frame. but it's all on how fast you want him to move.
